關於 Adarsh Williams 老師
Ashtanga 串連瑜珈第二級認證 (KPJAYI - 2) 老師、美國瑜珈聯盟 E- RYT 500 師資培訓導師與、Mobility WOD 關節鬆動術教練、亦為美國Monterey Yoga 創辦人。
擁有超過二十年的專業經驗,曾在世界各地開設培訓課程與僻靜營,也常在台灣的 SPACE YOGA 和大陸的 SPACECYCLE 擔任客座老師。
身為 Pattabhi Jois 祖師爺的嫡傳弟子,在 2004 年獲得授證,並完成了許多各領域大師所開設的認證課程,除此之外,累積多元類型教學的他以細膩的調整手法為名,是個能量豐沛的老師,總能影響學生跟他一樣充滿了對練習和努力的熱忱;他也深深相信,任何人都能發展出自己的瑜珈練習。他的 YouTube 頻道在健身社群裡大受歡迎,也進一步催生了名為 Smart Stretch 聰明伸展技巧課程。
Adarsh Williams is an Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga teacher (KPJAYI - 2), Yoga Alliance teacher trainer (E- RYT 500), Mobility coach, and founder of Monterey Yoga in California. With a diverse experience in the wellness field and over twenty years of professional experience, Adarsh has helped organizations and individuals develop programs around the world. He has led trainings and retreats in Europe, Middle East, US, and is currently the Program Director for SPACE, based in Shanghai.
A direct student of Pattabhi Jois, Adarsh received Ashtanga Authorization in 2004 and has completed numerous certifications with luminaries such as Richard Freeman & John Scott in yoga, Donald Scheumann in manual therapy, and Dr. Kelly Starrett in movement and mobility.
At SPACE, Adarsh has created and trained teachers in numerous innovative programs including Banded Mobility, Active Stretch, Sculpt Yoga, to name a few. His YouTube channel has become a popular resource in the fitness community and has led to the release of three feature-length instructional videos, Smart Stretch: Active Isolated Stretching, Smart Stretch: Assisted & Ashtanga Yoga: Strength, Mobility, Skill.
Highly regarded for his sensitive, yet deep hands-on style, Adarsh has experience working with a wide variety of students of diverse abilities, ages, and backgrounds. With a deeply held belief that anyone can develop a personal yoga practice, he is an energetic teacher who infuses his enthusiasm for practice and hard work in others.

Here is a ONE-stop solution for health, wellness and fitness hub- a new concept gym which you should check out!
They have very interesting gym equipments, if you are a gym junkie and you are into powerlifting, weightlifting and performance training, you will definitely enjoy this place. The equipments here may seem bulky, because it is targeting rehab and they are really proud to bring this new concept to everyone.
If you are a newbie to gym (like me), don't be intimidated, as these are basic equipments you will need to target specific part of your body, fat loss and muscle training and it is safe too.
Even if you have previous injuries, with the guidance of their experienced coaches, you are in safe hands. They have ASP certified trainers who are available to be your personal training coach 🙂 Most importantly tell them your fitness goal, and they will know what to do with you... haha...

?? THE POWER OF SELF-AWARENESS ??❤️
We’ve all heard of words like self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-worth ... but how about self-awareness? What exactly is self-awareness and what is the power of self-awareness?
Self-awareness is the ability to focus and evaluate our thoughts, feelings and actions. It ultimately allows us to master our emotions and not let our emotions master us. As a life coach, I hope to empower you to understand the concept of self-awareness.
The Cycle of Self-Awareness:
1. THOUGHTS - We can’t control the thoughts that pop in our head, but we can control which thoughts to focus on and which to dismiss. Although it’s good to focus on positive thoughts, we can’t simply ignore the negative ones. When we have negative thoughts, are these facts or merely opinions? Let’s tackle the negative facts and dismiss the negative opinions.
2. FEELINGS - What we feel, influences our actions. We need to be mindful and aware of the feelings that arise from our thoughts. Are we feeling positive or negative from our thoughts? When negative feelings emerge, let’s ask ourselves why and determine the root cause.
3. ACTIONS - We can either choose to REACT, an emotional action (“immature”) or RESPOND, a rational action (“mature”). When we are aware of the feelings which stem from our thoughts and the root causes of them, we have full control to respond rationally.
4. OUTCOMES - Our outcomes are a direct result of our actions. If we react emotionally, this will lead to a viscous cycle of negative thoughts, negative feelings and negative outcomes. As such, we must respond rationally and take control of our outcomes.
This process will take time and patience. So let’s be gentle and loving with ourselves! Next time we have a negative thought in our head which we cannot merely dismiss, let’s take a few moments to be mindful of how we are feeling. Should we react emotionally and let our emotions take the better part of us or respond rationally and take control of our emotions? When we choose to respond rationally, notice how it changes our outcomes !

Guided Morning Body Scan Meditation
Hi everyone! My name is Maisie Kwong and I am a Certified Life Coach and Mindfulness Coach. Aside from that, I also work in Investment Banking. Recently, I had the opportunity to introduce Mindfulness Mediation into the workplace. Meditation is something we can do any where and at any time. Today, I am going to take you through a guided Morning Body Scan Meditation! This practice will allow us to mentally be aware of all our body parts form head to toe and be in the present as we start our new day!
