賣相非常有睇頭😍,虎蝦size夠晒大隻,食落實肉彈牙,取材新鮮🦐。天使麵幼身伴以龍蝦汁🦞,味道討好,而且仍然能保持口感,煮得非常有水準👍🏻。加上三文魚籽伴碟令整體更為出色❤️。

📍荷蘭鐵鍋鬆餅配新鮮雜莓,楓糖漿及楓糖核桃雪糕($88)
Dutch Baby Pancake with Mixed Berries & Maple Syrup, Maple & Walnut Ice Cream
餅皮煙韌帶有蛋香🐣,pancake中間附有一球雪糕和新鮮雜莓🍓🍇,淋上楓糖漿後更加簡甜🍯,味道簡單但討好。

📍墨西哥芝士雞肉烤餅配牛油果醬,酸忌廉,番茄沙沙($108)
Mexican Quesadilla Guacamole, Sour Cream & Tomato Salsa
餅皮非常薄脆,中間夾有大量雞肉🐓和芝士🧀,烘得夠香夠熱,令烤餅餅皮與內餡可以融為一體👍🏻😋,不會過乾又好食。旁邊附有牛油果蓉🥑、酸忌廉和番茄沙沙,十分惹味。

蘋果汁伴以熱情果汁🍹,味道酸酸甜甜十分清新,底層更加上柚子茶🍊,頗為特別。
📍Margarita($108)
(Tequila Blanco, Cointreau, Fresh Lime Juice, Gomme)
特別為爸爸點的龍舌蘭酒🍸,味道辛辣,酒杯邊沾上鹽做配襯,爸爸頗喜歡呢🥰。
環境、食物及服務皆近乎完美,只是價錢屬小貴,食物份量不多。但質素絕冇欺場,而且提供多款特色cocktails🍸,十分合適與朋友放工來chill 一chill😌🤘。 @ Oasis Bar & Grill

This March, tantalise your taste buds with Chef’s recommendation dishes at Zuan Yuan Chinese Restaurant in One World Hotel Petaling Jaya. The highlight dishes showcasing the finest ingredients and a myriad of delicious flavours and textures include :
1️⃣Pan Fried Mini Chicken Bun with Bentong Ginger and Wood Fungus
2️⃣Sautéed Prawns stuffed with Asparagus, Truffle Paste and Honey Walnut
3️⃣Braised Lamb Brisket with Water Chestnut, Mushroom and Fried Bean Curd in Claypot
4️⃣Steamed Live Dragon Garoupa Fillet Roll in Egg White Sauce and Red Tobiko
5️⃣Chinese Steamed Sponge Cake (Ma Lai Go) with Organic Molasses Sugar
I personally enjoyed the Braised Lamb Brisket. It was fall-apart tender, juicy and flavourful, absolutely delicious. The succulent sautéed prawns stuffed with crisp, tender asparagus and topped with honey walnut and truffle paste was amazing, every mouthful is a delight of flavour and texture. Lightly sweetened, the soft and fluffy ma lai gao had a lovely hint of molasses sugar aroma, it was divine.

Had a very hearty meal at Blue Lotus Singapore the other day. This is one of my fav from the cny theme dinner as every dish was so spotted on. “So good” and “Wah! Nice!” were some comments that my fellow dining partners exclaimed. Some highlights include the Claypot Hua Diao Drunken Prawns which has a beautiful nature sweetness from the high quality drinking grade Hua Diao wine and he prawns, so aromatic that I don’t wanna share this with anyone and the yusheng which was so light and unique as it consisted of 10 herbs and vegetables, walnut, almond, crispy salmon skin, silver bait and deep fried rice vermicelli, and topped with a housemade spring onion-infused olive oil and wild honey yuzu dressing. So da yum!
Oh yes, not to forget the
Slow-Roasted Spanish-Style Suckling Pig ($238++, Blue Lotus Gold Members $198++)! The skin is so crispy and light at the same time that 1 slice is not enuff!!
