Bahan2 - Yogurt asli 190g untuk secawan tepung naik sendiri. Nk buat banyak double kan sukatan.
•Cara2, satukan tepung n yogurt, kaup2 je. Adunan ni memang lembik sbb tu guna piping bag, kalau takde piping bag pakai la plastik bungkus lauk, potong hujung(bucu plastik).
•Panaskan minyak masak, minyak banyak sikit mcm nk deep fry tu.
Tekan adunan dlm piping n gunting ikut sukatan kite nak ke dlm minyak.
Mula2 nampak adunan tenggelam sikit tp biarkan dia akan timbul.
Masak keperangan,angkat tos, letak dlm gula atau celup dlm coklat cair. Sedia dihidang.

I like the pastries at Croisserie but they seem to have an issue with consistency. I've had the same pastries on repeat and taste and texture varies, depending on luck.
Don't bother pre-ordering their pastries (despite them encouraging you to do so). Their staff are incompetent and cannot follow through. I ordered yesterday evening for this morning's breakfast and they told me upon collection, "NO SUCH ORDER" wtf.
Of course, I had proof of purchase so I still got my pastries. But I had to wait and queue like every other walk-in customer. Not cool, Croisserie.

You just need Tempura flour and mayonnaise.
Double or triple this recipe to make as many as you want 😊
Whipped cream or ice cream filling is really good. It adds vanilla flavor and sweetness. Makes it moist and super delicious. Must try!
French Crullers are the top-selling donut at Mister Donut (donut shop) in Japan. Simple sugar glaze is my kids' favorite but in this video they ended up playing with the cream 😅

2-Ingredient French Crullers
Difficulty: Very Easy
Time: 15min
Number of servings: 3 (3-Inch-round 1.5-Inch-height)
Ingredients:
160g (5.6oz.) Tempura flour https://amzn.to/3BXYIMp
4 tbsp. mayonnaise https://amzn.to/3yTRmHX
100ml water
deep frying oil
powdered sugar (confectioner's sugar)
whipped cream
Directions:
1. Put Tempura flour, mayonnaise, and 100ml water in a bowl and mix well with a spatula.
2. Transfer the batter into a pastry bag fitted with a large (0.6inch) star tip (Do NOT use a round tip or the batter will explode!!!). Pipe out 2 layers of rings onto a parchment paper.
3. Deep fry in oil at 180C (350F) until crisp golden brown.
4. Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with sugar glaze (mix 3 tbsp. powdered sugar & 1 tsp. water). You can slice and place whipped cream or ice cream between the layers if you like!
I haven't tried but I think you can bake in oven at 180C (350F) for 15 minutes.

Resepi Bomboloni Coklat Gebu | Fluffy Chocolate Italian Doughnut Recipe

Bahan-Bahan
2 cwn tepung gandum
1 sb majerin
1 sb gula
1 sb susu pekat
1/2 sk garam
2 sk yis kering
Air suam secukupnya
Inti (Nutella)
Nota: Anda boleh menggunakan apa-apa inti kesukaan anda.
Cara memasak
1. Campurkan tepung gandum, majerin, susu pekat dan gula, gaul rata.
2. Masukkan yis kering dan garam, gaulkan seketika.
3. Tambahkan air sedikit demi sedikit dan ulikan doh sehingga tidak melekat pada tangan.
4. Bentukkan doh kepada bentuk bulat dan rehatkan doh selama 30 minit. Biarkan doh mengembang kepada saiz dua kali ganda.
5. Kemudian, tekan doh untuk buangkan angin di dalam doh.
6. Uli doh seketika dan bentukkan kepada bentuk bulat bersaiz sederhana.
7. Rehatkan doh lagi selama 15 minit.
8. Panaskan minyak dan gorengkan bomboloni sehingga warna coklat keperangan.
9. Isikan inti ke dalam piping bag.
10. Cucuk bomboloni untuk buat lubang inti dan picitkan inti ke dalam bomboloni.
11. Setelah itu, salutkan bomboloni dengan gula aising.
12. Bomboloni siap untuk dihidangkan.

Ingredients
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 tbsp of margarine
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tbsp of condensed milk
1/2 tsp of salt
2 tsp of dry yeast
Warm water sufficiently
Fillings (Nutella)
Note: You may use any fillings that you like.
Cooking methods
1. Mix all-purpose flour, margarine, condensed milk and sugar, mix them for a while.
2. Add dry yeast and salt. Mix for a while.
3. Add warm water bit by bit and knead dough until it doesn't sticky.
4. Shape the dough into round and rest it for 30 minutes. Let the dough rise twice.
5. Then, remove the air in the dough by pressing it.
6. Knead the dough for a while and shape it into medium round size.
7. Rest the dough again for 15 minutes.
8. Heat cooking oil inside a pan and deep fry doughnut until golden brown.
9. Put filling inside piping bag.
10. Pierce doughnut for filling and pipe filling into doughnut.
11. Next, coat doughnut with icing sugar.
12. Italian chocolate doughnut is ready to be served.
