Resepi Bomboloni Coklat Gebu | Fluffy Chocolate Italian Doughnut Recipe

Bahan-Bahan
2 cwn tepung gandum
1 sb majerin
1 sb gula
1 sb susu pekat
1/2 sk garam
2 sk yis kering
Air suam secukupnya
Inti (Nutella)
Nota: Anda boleh menggunakan apa-apa inti kesukaan anda.
Cara memasak
1. Campurkan tepung gandum, majerin, susu pekat dan gula, gaul rata.
2. Masukkan yis kering dan garam, gaulkan seketika.
3. Tambahkan air sedikit demi sedikit dan ulikan doh sehingga tidak melekat pada tangan.
4. Bentukkan doh kepada bentuk bulat dan rehatkan doh selama 30 minit. Biarkan doh mengembang kepada saiz dua kali ganda.
5. Kemudian, tekan doh untuk buangkan angin di dalam doh.
6. Uli doh seketika dan bentukkan kepada bentuk bulat bersaiz sederhana.
7. Rehatkan doh lagi selama 15 minit.
8. Panaskan minyak dan gorengkan bomboloni sehingga warna coklat keperangan.
9. Isikan inti ke dalam piping bag.
10. Cucuk bomboloni untuk buat lubang inti dan picitkan inti ke dalam bomboloni.
11. Setelah itu, salutkan bomboloni dengan gula aising.
12. Bomboloni siap untuk dihidangkan.

Ingredients
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 tbsp of margarine
1 tbsp of sugar
1 tbsp of condensed milk
1/2 tsp of salt
2 tsp of dry yeast
Warm water sufficiently
Fillings (Nutella)
Note: You may use any fillings that you like.
Cooking methods
1. Mix all-purpose flour, margarine, condensed milk and sugar, mix them for a while.
2. Add dry yeast and salt. Mix for a while.
3. Add warm water bit by bit and knead dough until it doesn't sticky.
4. Shape the dough into round and rest it for 30 minutes. Let the dough rise twice.
5. Then, remove the air in the dough by pressing it.
6. Knead the dough for a while and shape it into medium round size.
7. Rest the dough again for 15 minutes.
8. Heat cooking oil inside a pan and deep fry doughnut until golden brown.
9. Put filling inside piping bag.
10. Pierce doughnut for filling and pipe filling into doughnut.
11. Next, coat doughnut with icing sugar.
12. Italian chocolate doughnut is ready to be served.

Bahan-Bahan Pancake
3 biji kuning telur
1 sb susu full cream
1 sk esen vanilla
33 gm tepung kek (diayak)
1/2 sk serbuk penaik (diayak)
Bahan-Bahan Meringue
3 biji putih telur
1/4 sk serbuk tartar
2 sb gula
Cara memasak
1. Untuk pancake, kacau kuning telur seketika.
2. Masukkan susu full cream dan esen vanila, gaulkan seketika.
3. Ayakkan tepung kek dan serbuk penaik. Gaulkannya sehingga sebati.
4. Untuk meringue, pukul putih telur sehingga berbuih.
5. Masukkan serbuk tartar dan pukul seketika.
6. Masukkan gula sedikit demi sedikit dan pukul sehingga soft peak.
7. Gaulkan adunan pancake dan meringue sehingga sebati.
8. Panaskan pan dan oleskan sedikit minyak.
9. Tuangkan sedikit adunan dan masak selama 3 minit menggunakan api perlahan. Kemudian terbalikkannya dan masak selama 3 minit.
10. Setelah itu, hidangkan pancake souffle bersama madu dan buah-buahan pilihan anda.

Pancake Ingredients
3 egg yolks
1 tbsp of full cream milk
1 tsp of vanilla essence
33 gm of cake flour (sifted)
1/2 tsp of baking powder (sifted)
Meringue Ingredients
3 egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
2 tbsp of sugar
Cooking methods
1. For pancake, lightly beat egg yolks for a while.
2. Pour in full cream milk and vanilla essence, mix for a while.
3. Sift cake flour and baking powder together. Mix them well.
4. For meringue, beat egg whites until foamy.
5. Add cream of tartar and beat for a while.
6. Add sugar bit by bit and beat until soft peak.
7. Stir pancake batter with meringue until well-mixed.
8. Heat frying pan and grease with a little bit of oil.
9. Pour small amount of batter onto it and cook for 3 minutes and flip, cook for another 3 minutes. Make sure to use low heat.
10. Then, serve souffle pancake with honey and fruits that you like.

1 biji telur
40 ml minyak jagung
1/3 cwn santan
85 gm tepung kek
1 sk esen vanila
1 sk esen pandan
1/2 sk pewarna hijau
Bahan-Bahan Meringue
5 biji putih telur
1/4 sk garam
1/4 sk krim tartar
95 gm gula
Cara memasak
1. Untuk adunan kek, gaulkan kuning telur bersama sebiji telur sehingga sebati.
2. Tuangkan minyak jagung dan santan, gaulkan sebati.
3. Masukkan esen vanila, esen pandan dan pewarna hijau, gaulkan semuanya sehingga sebati.
4. Ayakkan tepung kek ke dalam adunan dan gaulkannya sehingga semua bersatu.
5. Untuk meringue pula, pukul telur putih sehingga naik kembang.
6. Masukkan garam dan krim tartar, pukul seketika.
7. Masukkan gula sedikit demi sedikit dan pukul sehingga soft peak.
8. Campurkan adunan kek bersama meringue dan gaulkannya sebati.
9. Asingkan sedikit adunan untuk proses mencorakkan kek nanti.
10. Sapukan mentega pada loyang dan alaskannya dengan kertas minyak.
11. Tuangkan adunan kek ke dalam loyang.
12. Tambahkan warna pada adunan yang sudah diasingkan tadi dan corakkannya di atas kek.
13. Bakar adunan kek pada suhu 160°C selama 1 jam menggunakan kaedah water bath.
14. Keluarkan daripada loyang dan siaplah untuk dihidang.

1/4 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
95 gm sugar
Cooking methods
1. For cake batter, mix egg yolks with an egg.
2. Pour corn oil and coconut milk, mix them well.
3. Add vanilla essence, pandan essence and green food coloring, mix them well.
4. Sift cake flour into the mixture and mix well.
5. For meringue, beat egg whites until foamy.
6. Add salt and cream of tartar, beat for a while.
7. Add sugar bit by bit and beat until soft peak.
8. Pour cake batter into meringue and mix them well.
9. Take out a little bit of batter for patterning purpose.
10. Grease butter onto the mold and place parchment paper inside it.
11. Pour cake mixture into the mold.
12. Add colour to the leftover batter and pattern it.
13. Bake cake at 160°C for an hour using water bath technique.
14. Remove cake from mold and it is ready to be served.
