One of the latest places to get a Nyonya meal is Blue Bellvine Nyonya Cuisine, a new Nyonya restaurant right smack in town at Noordin Street, central Georgetown. The restaurant is fairly new and boasts full-fledged Nyonya menu, from Appetizers to Main Meat dishes as well as Desserts... though the options for each category are rather limited. The restaurant has a very nice and elegant setting; you could tell from how the things are organized here- from color combinations and the choice of eating utensils. Definitely a place where you would want to spend time enjoying the dishes here (do spare some extra time as the serving time might take a little longer than usual). Prices are on the higher side though... given the small serving portion.

【永世難忘的ANA頭等艙體驗】
還記得我上年10月拍攝完第一季的「離地自由行」,回香港我選擇由Frankfurt飛到Singapore,再由Singapore飛到Tokyo,目的是為了體驗Lufthansa和ANA頭等艙的魅力,ANA貴為日本唯一一家 Skytrax 五星航空公司,同時亦是 Star Alliance 星空聯盟的其中一員,對於各位崇日的Fans (正如我) 是何等夢幻? 我敢說這一程 ANA.Hong Kong 的First Class真的令我永世難忘,其Service真的超窩心,而我亦都很開心跟日藉空姐做了朋友。

客機
我當天乘搭的客機為B777-300,頭等艙為1-2-1,共2行,總共8個座位,每一個為一獨立的Personal Suite,感覺有點像泰航A380以及其B747的頭等艙,私隱度剛好,整個客艙很Modern,以其Corporate Color藍色為主調,配以黃燈,整個感覺就像回到型格的家一樣。
座位
我的座位為1A,每一個坐頭等的客人都對1A情有獨鍾,但亦有聽說話2A位置比較寬闊,但我還是選了1A,就是為了「永遠的1A」,哈哈。說回座位,一進機艙,空姐便escort我到1A,然後跟我介紹自己,之後在我settle後便給我送上了一直很期待的 Samsonite Hong Kong Amenity Kit,當然還有睡衣以及拖鞋,它們家的睡衣真的超級舒服,質底很像羊毛,摸起來很滑很透氣。起飛後,在我努力研究座位的時候,空姐便為我送上了香檳,要記得這一班是超級早的早機,7am都不到便吃香檳所以我也沒有多喝。而座位的結構,不用多說當然是Flat Bed,長度為76",闊度為33",前方是電視以及放置物品的小型置物架。而根據我的經驗,日藉航空空姐都會拿著一個籃子然後問你要否拿一些物品如: 它們家獨有的ANA Original Aroma、Lip Stick、Ear Plug等等去補充 過夜包,強烈建議一定要拿ANA Original Aroma,就算沒有洗香香也可以靠這個來自我感覺良好一點,因為真的超香!
餐食
首先一來的當然要一杯Sake,在日本機不喝Sake很像怪怪的,再來空姐便會送上Canapé,果然全日空沒令我失望,小小的Canapé已經可以吃得出來不是隨便拿一些東西來敷衍了事,賣相精緻而且吃起來不會好像放了很久,芝士味道不足,加分!
至於主菜,一放進口就已經感到是「日本的味道」呀,這種感覺在香港甚至台灣都吃不到,你知道那種獨有的日式精緻料理的幸福感嘛? 就是那種,一放進口,米飯是溫熱而且香甜有Q勁。魚扒跟味噌湯都不會過咸,我真的很想點多一份來吃。吃完之後那個羊羹才是神來之筆,而那個抹茶跟我在京都或宇治的喝得不會差很多,95分! 還有置身於高空中望著雲彩邊喝著甘香純厚的抹茶,那感覺真是至今仍難以忘懷。
過夜包
吃完以後空姐便為我準備睡床,我去洗手間換睡衣時,短短幾分鐘已經不動聲色的處理好,而我睡前也看了一身看那過夜包,保養品都是用高級的 The Ginza,因為太美所以我到現在一年後都不捨得開封。
小吃
睡了不久便起床了,肚子餓加上「口痕」所以便翻一翻Menu去Order小吃,很開心的Benedict點了 Ippudo HK 一風堂 (香港) 拉麵以及ANA自家製的Original Curry,好味度爆燈!
窩心服務
有看過我的post的朋友都知道我真的很佩服日藉空姐的細心,為甚麼? 因為我睡覺前是穿著非常皺的恤衫,而那恤衫我已經穿了兩天,在之前德國法蘭克福飛往新加坡的十幾小時變得非常髒,她們竟然可以在我睡覺時給我燙得筆直還要加上之前提及過的ANA Original Aroma的香氣,整件就像新的一樣,OMG,而在我下飛機前她們還要給我拍照,原來是在我離開前給我送上感謝卡,最重要的是還有那張相片,真是無敵窩心,所以我甚麼時候故說日藉航班以及日藉空姐「真係無得輸」!!!

Resepi Ayam Masak Merah | Malay-Style Red Cooked Chicken Recipe
//Bahasa Melayu
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Bahan-Bahan Ayam Goreng
1/2 ekor ayam (dipotong)
Serbuk kunyit secukupnya
Garam secukupnya
Bahan-Bahan Kisar
4 biji bawang merah
5 ulas bawang putih
2 inci halia
2 inci lengkuas
2 batang serai
20 tangkai cili kering (dibuang biji & direbus)
Air secukupnya
Bahan-Bahan Kuah
1/2 biji bawang besar (dihiris tebal)
2 tangkai daun kari
1 1/2 biji gula melaka
3 sb sos tiram
1 sb asam jawa
1 biji bawang besar (dipotong bulat)
1 biji cili merah (dihiris memanjang)
Bahan kisar
2 sk garam
Cara memasak
1. Gaulkan ayam bersama kunyit dan garam sehingga sebati.
2. Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali dan gorengkan ayam sehingga sedikit garing & warna bertukar perang. Angkat ke tepi & toskan minyak.
3. Kisarkan cili kering, bawang merah, bawang putih, halia, lengkuas dan serai sehingga lumat.
4. Dengan sedikit minyak gorengan ayam tadi, tumiskan dahulu hirisan bawang merah dan daun kari sehingga naik bau.
5. Tumiskan pula bahan kisar sehingga pecah minyak.
6. Masukkan gula melaka dan gaul sehingga semuanya larut.
7. Masukkan pula sos tiram dan asam jawa.
8. Kemudian, masukkan ayam goreng dan gaulkan sebati.
9. Tambahkan bawang yang dipotong bulat dan masakkan seketika.
10. Perasakan dengan garam. Hiaskan ayam masak merah dengan hirisan cili merah dan ia siap untuk dinikmati.

Fried Chicken Ingredients
1/2 chicken (cut)
Turmeric powder sufficiently
Salt sufficiently
Blend Ingredients
4 red onions
5 cloves of garlic
2 inch of gingers
2 inch of galangal
2 stalks of lemongrass
20 pcs of dried chilies (deseeded & boiled)
Water sufficiently
Gravy Ingredients
1/2 large onion (roughly sliced)
2 sprigs of curry leaves
1 1/2 palm sugar
3 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tbsp of tamarind
1 large onion (ring sliced)
1 red chili (Julienne cut)
Blend ingredients
2 tsp of salt
Cooking methods
1. Season chicken with turmeric powder and salt.
2. Heat oil inside pan and fry the chicken until the color turns golden brown. Put aside first.
3. Blend well dried chilies, onions, garlic, gingers, galangal and lemongrass.
4. Using some of the fried chicken oil, saute' sliced onion and curry leaves until fragrant.
5. Saute' blended ingredients until the oil separates.
6. Add palm sugar and stir well.
7. Add oyster sauce and tamarind.
8. Next, add fried chicken and mix well.
9. Add onion rings and cook for a while.
10. Season with salt. Garnish Malay-style red cooked chicken with red chili and it is ready to be served.

Bahan-Bahan Ayam Goreng
2 keping dada ayam (dipotong kecil)
5 sb tepung goreng serbaguna
1/3 cwn air
Bahan-Bahan Kuah Buttermillk
4 sb mentega
1 biji bawang merah (dihiris)
3 ulas bawang putih (dihiris)
5 biji cili api (dipotong kecil)
2 tangkai daun kari
1 cwn susu cair
2 keping keju cheddar
Minyak masak
Cara memasak
1. Untuk ayam goreng, campurkan tepung goreng serbaguna dan air di dalam satu mangkuk, gaulkan is sehingga sebati.
2. Masukkan dada ayam dan gaulkan sehingga semuanya sebati.
3. Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali dan gorengkan ayam sehingga warna bertukar coklat keperangan.
4. Untuk kuah buttermilk, cairkan mentega terlebih dahulu di dalam kuali.
5. Tumiskan bawang merah, bawang putih, cili api dan daun kari sehingga naik bau.
6. Tuangkan susu cair ke dalam kuali dan masak sehingga mendidih.
7. Masukkan pula keju cheddar dan gaulkan semuanya sehingga sebati dan pekat.
8. Setelah itu, masukkan ayam yang telah digoreng ke dalam kuah dan gaulkan sebati.
9. Ayam butttermilk siap untuk dinikmati.

1/3 cup of water
Buttermilk Gravy Ingredients
4 tbsp of butter
1 red onion (sliced)
3 cloves of garlic (sliced)
5 bird's eye chilies (cut into smaller size)
2 strands of curry leaves
1 cup of evaporated milk
2 pcs of cheddar cheese
Cooking oil
Cooking methods
1. For fried chicken, mix all-purpose frying flour and water in a bowl, mix it thoroughly.
2. Add chicken breast and mix it well.
3. Heat cooking oil in a pan and deep fry chicken until it turns into golden brown color.
4. For buttermilk gravy, melt the butter first inside pan.
5. Saute' red onion, garlic, bird's eye chili and curry leaves until fragrant.
6. Pour evaporated milk into pan and cook until it boils.
7. Add cheddar cheese and mix it well until becomes thicken.
8. Then, add fried chicken into the gravy and mix it well.
9. Chicken buttermilk is ready to be served.

フライパン一つで簡単に調理することができます。
好みですが、あまり煮詰めない方がいいですね。
うどんは平麺より、丸麺が合うと思います。
ササッと出来るので我が家の定番レシピです^^
Can easily cook it with one frying pan.
Should not boil it down very much.
The udon thinks that the one that is round than a flat thing fits.
I think that various kinds of mushrooms fit.
材料( 2~3人分 )
うどん(3袋)
鶏肉(約300g)
ニラ(1束)
しいたけ(3個)
エビ(約15尾)
鶏がらスープ(350ml)
味噌(30g)
醤油(10ml)
みりん(30ml)
にんにく(適量)
・作り方の流れ
1.鶏がらスープに味噌と醤油とみりんを混ぜておく。
2.うどんをほぐしておく。(水で洗うなど)
3.大きめのフライパンに油を適量とにんにくを入れて炒める。
4.一口大に切った鶏肉を色が変わる位まで炒める。
5.5mm幅位に切ったしいたけを加えて炒める。
6.5cm幅位に切ったニラを加えて炒める。
7.うどんを加えて炒める。
8.1を入れる。
9.少し混ぜながら強火で煮詰める。
10.8割ほど汁気が飛んだらエビを加えて、完成。
※お好みで卵黄をのせてください。
Ingredients(About 2~3 servings)
3 udon
300g chicken
1 bunch chives
3 shiitake mushroom
15 Shrimp
350ml chicken soup stock
30g miso
10ml soy sauce
30ml sweet sake
A nip of garlic
・How to make
1.Mix miso and soy sauce and sweet sake and chicken soup stock.
2.Loosen the Udon. (Such as washing with water)
3.Using a large frying pan, fry the garlic in a small amount of oil.
4.Saute until the chicken changes color cut into bite-sized pieces.
5.Add the shiitake mushroom was cut into 5mm width, and fry.
6.Add the chives was cut into 5cm width, and fry.
7.Add Udon, and fry.
8.Add No.1.
9.A little stir, boil over high heat.
10.If soup disappears 80%, there add a shrimp. Completed.
※ Please place the egg yolk to your liking.
