Bahan-Bahan Ayam Goreng
2 keping dada ayam (dipotong kecil)
5 sb tepung goreng serbaguna
1/3 cwn air
Bahan-Bahan Kuah Buttermillk
4 sb mentega
1 biji bawang merah (dihiris)
3 ulas bawang putih (dihiris)
5 biji cili api (dipotong kecil)
2 tangkai daun kari
1 cwn susu cair
2 keping keju cheddar
Minyak masak
Cara memasak
1. Untuk ayam goreng, campurkan tepung goreng serbaguna dan air di dalam satu mangkuk, gaulkan is sehingga sebati.
2. Masukkan dada ayam dan gaulkan sehingga semuanya sebati.
3. Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali dan gorengkan ayam sehingga warna bertukar coklat keperangan.
4. Untuk kuah buttermilk, cairkan mentega terlebih dahulu di dalam kuali.
5. Tumiskan bawang merah, bawang putih, cili api dan daun kari sehingga naik bau.
6. Tuangkan susu cair ke dalam kuali dan masak sehingga mendidih.
7. Masukkan pula keju cheddar dan gaulkan semuanya sehingga sebati dan pekat.
8. Setelah itu, masukkan ayam yang telah digoreng ke dalam kuah dan gaulkan sebati.
9. Ayam butttermilk siap untuk dinikmati.

Fried Chicken Ingredients
2 pcs of chicken breast (cut into smaller size)
5 tbsp of all-purpose frying flour
1/3 cup of water
Buttermilk Gravy Ingredients
4 tbsp of butter
1 red onion (sliced)
3 cloves of garlic (sliced)
5 bird's eye chilies (cut into smaller size)
2 strands of curry leaves
1 cup of evaporated milk
2 pcs of cheddar cheese
Cooking oil
Cooking methods
1. For fried chicken, mix all-purpose frying flour and water in a bowl, mix it thoroughly.
2. Add chicken breast and mix it well.
3. Heat cooking oil in a pan and deep fry chicken until it turns into golden brown color.
4. For buttermilk gravy, melt the butter first inside pan.
5. Saute' red onion, garlic, bird's eye chili and curry leaves until fragrant.
6. Pour evaporated milk into pan and cook until it boils.
7. Add cheddar cheese and mix it well until becomes thicken.
8. Then, add fried chicken into the gravy and mix it well.
9. Chicken buttermilk is ready to be served.

2 akar ketumbar
2 inci lengkuas (dihiris)
4 helai daun limau purut
2 batang serai (dipotong serong)

Sebiji lobak merah (dipotong serong)
2 keping isi ayam (dipotong kecil)
3 ekor sotong (dipotong bulat-bulat)
8 ekor udang (disiang)
Sebiji bawang holland (dihiris kasar)
3 sb pes tomyam
4 biji limau purut (diperah jusnya)
2 biji tomato (dipotong wedges)
1/2 paket cendawan tiram
Sedikit daun ketumbar (dihiris)
Garam
Nota: Boleh gunakan apa saja sayur pilihan anda.
Cara memasak
1. Didihkan air dalam periuk dan masukkan akar ketumbar, lengkuas, daun limau purut, serai dan cili api. Masak sehingga naik bau.
2. Masukkan lobak merah dan bawang holland, masak untuk seketika.
3. Masukkan dada ayam dan masak seketika.
4. Tambahkan pes tomyam dan gaulkan sehingga semuanya sebati.
5. Masukkan pula tomato dan cendawan tiram, masak untuk seketika.
6. Kemudian, masukkan sotong dan udang.
7. Tambahkan jus limau purut ke dalam tomyam.
8. Perasakan dengan garam dan gaulkan seketika.
9. Tomyam campur siap untuk dihidangkan.

2 coriander roots
2 inch of galangals (sliced)
4 pcs of kaffir lime leaves
2 stalks of lemongrass (oblique cut)
3 bird's eye chilies (oblique cut)
1 carrot (oblique cut)
2 pcs of chicken breast (cut into smaller size)
3 squids (cut into rings)
8 prawns (diveined)
1 holland onion (roughly sliced)
3 tbsp of tom yum paste
4 kaffir limes (squeezed the juice)
2 tomatoes (wedges cut)
1/2 pack of oyster mushrooms
A little of coriander (sliced)
Salt
Note: You can use any preferred vegetables.
Cooking methods
1. Boil water inside pot and add coriander roots, galangals, kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass and bird's eye chilies. Cook them until fragrant.
2. Add carrot and holland onion, cook for a while.
3. Add chicken breast and cook it for a while.
4. Add tom yum paste and stir it until it just combined.
5. Add tomatoes and oyster mushrooms, cook them for a while.
6. Next, add squids and prawns.
7. Add kaffir lime juice into tom yum soup.
8. Season with salt and stir it for a while.
9. Mixed tom yum soup is ready to be served.

Bahan-Bahan
2/3 cwn air suam
1 sk yis
2 sb gula
2 cwn tepung gandum
1 1/2 sb minyak jagung
1 sk garam
Nota: Resepi ini untuk hidangan 2-3 orang.
Cara memasak
1. Campurkan air suam, gula dan yis ke dalam satu mangkuk dan biarkan sehingga yis berbuih dan mengembang.
2. Di dalam satu mangkuk besar, campurkan tepung gandum, minyak jagung dan garam.
3. Kemudian, masukkan campuran yis tadi ke dalam mangkuk adunan tepung gandum.
4. Gaul dan uli adunan sehingga menjadi doh. Sekiranya doh masih kering, tambahkan air sedikit demi sedikit.
5. Setelah doh siap diuli, biarkan doh mengembang di dalam mangkuk sehingga saiznya menjadi dua kali ganda lebih besar.
6. Kemudian, buangkan angin dalam doh dengan menekan doh tersebut.
7. Leperkan doh menggunakan penggelek. Pastikan tidak terlalu nipis.
8. Potongkan doh kepada beberapa bahagian lebih kecil. Ambil lidi atau pisau plastik yang dibasahkan, tekan bahagian tengah doh dan lapiskan dengan potongan doh lain.
9. Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali. Tarik sedikit potongan doh cakoi sebelum dimasukkan ke dalam minyak panas.
10. Gorengkan cakoi sehingga bertukar warna keperangan.
11. Cakoi lembut dan gebu siap untuk dinikmati.

Ingredients
2/3 cup of warm water
1 tsp of yeast
2 tbsp of sugar
2 cups of all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tbsp of corn oil
1 tsp of salt
Cooking methods
1. Mix warm water, sugar and yeast into a bowl and let it forms foam on surface and rise.
2. In a big bowl, mix all-purpose flour, corn oil and salt together.
3. Then, add yeast that has risen into the flour mixture.
4. Mix and knead the mixture until it becomes dough. If dough is too dry, add water gradually.
5. Once it is done, let the dough rise until it becomes two times bigger.
6. Next, eliminate air inside dough by press it.
7. Flatten the dough using rolling pin. Make sure the dough is not too thin.
8. Cut the dough into small size. Take skewer or plastic knife that has been dipped in water, line and press in the middle of the dough and put another strip of dough on top of it.
9. Heat up cooking oil in pan. Stretch the dough before lower it into hot oil.
10. Deep fry the Chinese breadstick until it turns golden brown.
11. Soft and fluffy Chinese breadstick is ready to be served.
