Yukimi Daifuku pancake flavor and Yawamochi Ice sakura mochi flavor. Both of them are famous frozen dessert in Japan. The center of the Yukimi daifuku is maple syrup sauce and the ice cream is pancake flavor. The white round things of Yawamochi are mochi, and the black layer is azuki(red bean paste), the pink ice cream contains sakura cherry blossom extract. I used salted cherry blossom for sakura tea. It's a bit salty and good flavor tea.
