很久以前就很想拍攝這樣的畫面
彷彿從上帝視角看見這底下的一切。
許多事好像變得渺小而無需特別讓自己的心境起波瀾，
這都是人生的一小小體驗而已。

而所有的一切興浪、高低起伏也都只是過程，
靈魂是要來感受、體驗、學習並且創造，最後慢慢提昇。
學習時時充滿愛，
並且處於喜樂、感恩、感謝，
讓自己的靈魂傷痕療癒。
最後也想給自己一小小段，
我能原諒 便能去愛
若能愛 便能感受到那至高無上所閃耀的光。

We know that inner fears can only be overcome by confrontation. It was scary to do arm balance poses on the rocks, but i believed in myself, just focus on breathing and muscles control. There was no difference where your hands are. 我們都知道要克服恐懼只有對抗它，在岩石上做手平衡的動作並面對眼前的懸崖，其實覺得蠻可怕，但是我相信我自己，只要專注在呼吸、肌肉控制，平常在墊上可以穩定做的動作也可以在岩石上做，過了心裡那關，手平衡放的位置就沒有太多差別了。希望自己在面對人生困境時都有勇敢克服的勇氣💪🤜👌👊
