週日是達曼活EDE課程每週一次的慶祝日。我們在早上聽說了一個美麗的消息，同學V忍不住興奮地告訴我們她發現懷孕的消息，她說「我家人朋友都離我好遠，我不想只能透過電話告訴別人這個消息，我想要跟真正的『人』分享我有多開心！所以我今天早上就迫不及待要把這個消息告訴你們。」大家聽了都發出歡樂的回應，於是我們就決定在晚上的慶祝活動裡，為V慶祝這件令人興奮的事。
晚上我們在地上舖滿沙發枕，再舖上毯子，臨時拼湊出了一個「溫柔圈」，再邀請V進到教室裡，用這個用心鋪設的溫柔圈歡迎這位因為初次懷孕而雀躍不已，並準備要在子宮裡醞釀一個寶寶的「新手媽媽」。
平時最愛搞笑，卻也常在重要時刻非常嚴肅的巴西男同學S帶了一段感人的冥想，感恩V能與我們分享這個重要的時刻，並邀請大家傳送溫暖的光給媽媽和寶寶，然後我們輪流用各自的語言為V和她可能才豆子般大的寶寶送上祝福。一對西班牙母女同學用古老的巴斯科語（Basque）唱了傳統祝福歌曲，我們也用中文唱了「寶貝」，來自羅馬尼亞的V，在這一夜裡收到了來自至少12個國家（很多同學有多重血統、雙國籍或住在其他國家）的祝福，EDE課程召集人Macaco說這個孩子以後會是個國際小孩，我想，未來每個在廣義社群中長大的孩子都是國際孩子，更希望未來每個孩子都是無國界的孩子。
看著同學一起分享V迎來小生命的喜悅幸福，並溫柔地送上各式美麗祝福，即使是聽不懂的語言，也能夠感受其中滿滿的愛和言語裡所傳遞的神聖訊息。是呀，懷養一個孩子本來就是如此神聖的事，這一刻實在太美、太溫馨了，我們生長的文化裡卻似乎缺乏了這樣重要的祝福儀典。那是為母親和孕養孩子的家庭送上祝福，也是整個族群交託給母親和這個家族的神聖任務，好希望每一個孩子的靈魂，都能夠像這樣帶著眾人的祝福與盼望進入肉體的生命；好希望世界上每個懷著或期盼孩子的母親，都能夠擁有眾人真心的祝禱和陪伴。
一句話突然浮現在我心裡："It takes a well-intended and conscious village to raise an abundant /wholesome child. " 好期待這就是我們在不遠的將來想要一起創造的世界，好期待未來每一個社群裡，都有承載著族人祝福長大的無國界孩子！

400g boneless chicken thigh meat (remove skin & cut into bite size pieces)
1 tablespoon light soy sauce
1 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine (Shaoxing Huatiao wine)
A few dashes of white pepper
1 tablespoon of cornflour

20g yu zhu (Chinese herb)
