Tips #1
Don't celebrate Raya!
After fasting for 30 days, what's wrong with us celebrating raya with family and friends on Hari Raya. The reward of self is still necessary. There's no problem to eat but don't eat too much..
Enjoy the dishes of lemang, Rendang, cakes etc but let it be in simplicity.
But don't celebrate raya for 30 days!
Yes, it's considered celebrating raya throughout the month of syawal but that doesn't mean you have to eat without limits every day.
After give yourself on the first 1-2 Raya, make sure you care more about the choice of food & drinks when visiting open houses.
Tips #2
Remember the rules of 20 minutes!
That's the time it takes to feel keyang after the first feed. Here, eat slowly or set the size of food so that you don't eat
Too much.
Like the Sunnah of the prophet, stop eating before full.
Eat a little bit..
When visiting an open house, the house host will always ask you to add, add and add more. Again if it is
You spend a few hours in their house. Here, eat a little, stop sekietika, eat a little more and repeat. This will satisfy the host's heart and also reduce the amount of calories intake.
Hari Raya or aidilfitri is the day to celebrate the victory against and educate lust. Continue the education in Ramadan, according to the guidance and teachings of the Quran, which calls for us to be simple, full of gratitude celebrating aidilfitri.
Tips #3
Remember... compulsory to have a healthy and balanced breakfast first!!
Why do you want to have breakfast? Wait for it to eat more??
Isn't it adding more calories?
Yes and no! Breakfast is the most important meal time. It provides our stomach to be full so it helps to control the lust and amount of calories intake.
This is important again when you are on the way back to the village or on the highway.
Tips #4
Don't start with dessert / sweets!
This is my practice for every open house. I will always start with a balanced meal (real food, not process food) first before eating cakes and raya cookies.
With this method, I make sure there are good benefits before eating bad calories. Remember, keserderhanaan is important.
Tips #5
Identify Your Hari Raya favourite menu calories!
To Avoid weight loss this raya season, you need to identify your favorite food calories.
Why? If not, it's hard to control the amount of calories intake. Now you have a feeling of 'Self-aware'
Source of calories? Refer back to the food calories that coach always gives. Or can google or ask in coaching group 👍
Tips #6
How Many Raya cookies do you want to eat?
Ah Yes, the raya cookies are really interesting!! All sorts of shapes, colors, order and taste 😍
Don't want to eat at all right?? The important thing is here is the quantity of quantity
A Biscuit Full of fat + a simple sugar + it doesn't satisfy - from the type of bad calories, high fat!
For example:
1 X Raya cookies contains 40 calories, if you eat 10
400 kcal. That's just one house.
If 50 houses are breaking fast throughout the month of syawal, it's already 20,000 kcal or 2.6 kg! 😱🙈
Tips #7
Concept of 10:20 days
This turns to the concept of self-reward on Hari Raya. Choose the first 10 days only for self-give (usually the first 2-3 days of raya only and the weekend that is usually full of open houses).
20 days left of syawal month, let the day be the most important of choice
Healthier Food and lifestyle 👌
Tips #8
The Word " is enough..."
As a guest, we are often stressed to try all the dishes and cakes provided. But actually don't have to eat everything that's available.
Some Tips:
• Ask the host about the number of dishes that are about to be served. This allows you to plan and budget the amount of intake for every meal.
Don't forget to ask about dessert. If there is, it will be a budget too.
• The word " Enough ". If you feel satisfied and enough with the number of taking of dish served, it is not wrong we say " enough ", but the one who asked it will be your mother-in-law 😬😆
Tips #9
Drink Plain water
For me, the specialty and the of Hari Raya is located on original food such as ketupat, lemang etc and not on a colorful drink of sugar and flavor.
So to avoid wasting calories from drinks, drink plain water
Or drinks that are not calorie
Like Coffee-O-empty, Tea-O-empty, green tea etc.
About:
If you drink 2 x
Sweet Water Glass in every open house (total calories 1 x glass say
In 60 kcal), if 50 houses are open = 6,000 kcal or almost add 1 KG.
Tips #10
Remember protein!
I believe that 99 % of open houses will be a dish of beef rendang which is a good source of protein. Only it comes with fat because of the way it's cooked 😅
But it doesn't mean that it's only from rendang. The most important thing is to try to increase protein intake when visiting an open house.
Why?
• Protein is more satisfying.
• in many delicious Hari Raya Food, are berkarbohidrat (Lemang, ketupat, biscuits / flour, cakes, cakes etc)
But if possible, choose the rendang part that is
Less fat and if you have chicken, choose the chest part.
Is there a hose for fish during raya? 🤔
Tips #11
Don't add the gravy.
If you are love rendang meat try to avoid intake of "gravy" because it is rich with coconut milk that is full of fat.
Even if you eat soup, reduce "gravy" if it feels salty because of your excessive salt intake levels of body water - the result is fat.
All sorts of gravy will be served, Soto the gravy, gravy with sambal, peanut sauce to eat with satay or ketupat rice himpit, and more.
Tips #12
5-7 meals / open house a day
If it's the coach's day, the coach encourage it
You eat 5-7 small meals every day in a meal plan and this is not different from the festive season.
If you visit 5 open houses one day, make it
Every visit is as a meal (it's free). So the distance between every open house may be 2-3 hours. But anything starts with a balanced meal.
But even if it's limited, make sure you know how to adapt. An example of eating 5 x compared to 7 x, the amount of calories a day is still the same. So even for an open house, make sure you have a budget of calories all day to avoid eating too much.
Planning is important!
Tips #13
Workout at home open!
How is that?? If food is a source of energy, we need to find a way to remove the relevant energy so that it will not be kept as fat.
Here, try to practice the following "exercises" to burn as much as possible calories:
• Walking around the house.
• Standing while socializing with guests.
• Play with the little kids.
• Park your car is a little far away. This will definitely make you home later (no car stops your car)
• Try to help the host with what can be helped.
• Playing Firecracker (heart heart adrenaline)
• laughter burns calories.
Tips #14
Fasting six
This turns to the concept of 10:20 (TIP #7) where you celebrate (Self-give) for 10 days throughout the month of syawal and only 20 days left for a better choice.
So here, the fasting 6 is suitable for inserted in the 20 days of that good choice.
Even you get a reward, insyaallah. That's great.. Take this opportunity!
Tips #15
Bored?
Eating vegetables!
Sometimes we eat not because we're hungry but because we're bored or entertaining the conversation.
That's where our hands are itchy to eat what's in front of our eyes.
Here, try to "flirt" with vegetable food (Cucumber, carrots etc) because it is not only rich with fiber but also very low calories.
More Fiber & fiber.
Essential Fiber intake controls the digestion rate of blood glucose and also helps to control the appetite.
An example of food that is berfiber? Vegetables, fruits, bijiran oats and wholegrain. Dates are also a good source of fiber. But don't eat too much because other than vegetables, it's all calorie too.
Tips #16
Start your fitness program!
If you're like me, during my fasting month I rarely exercise, so I'm sure to kickstart the fitness program ASAP. Sometimes as early as the second eid is better.
This directly gives the spirit to control the whole diet because if not, make sure your efforts are working hard to spend time sweating and exercise.
Tips #17
Ramadhan Vs Raya
If you manage to reduce 3 kg throughout the month of Ramadhan, try not to add more than 3 kg throughout the month of syawal. If you succeed, then the combination of Ramadhan + Syawal should help you control the weight.
Love if the effort to decrease the weight of the fasting month is removed so easily with the aidilfitri celebration.
But don't celebrate Raya!
Unless you are looking forward to sports events like sportsman and athletes, Hari Raya is not a diet day or day to start a workout program.
Let us enjoy a glorious day with our beloved family and delicious dishes.
But most importantly, don't go overboard and remember the simplecity and self-Health.
Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri!

I do believe kitchen make the body!! Eat right is most important !!
Some secret want sharing in here!!!
You must eat according to your blood type !!
You feel like you’re doing everything right, health-wise. You eat salmon and quinoa, you exercise regularly, you even take the stairs. But if you're still plagued by midday lethargy, digestion issues or just can't lose weight, you might want to take something unorthodox into consideration—your blood type According to Dr. Peter J. D’Adamo, author of Eat Right 4 Your Type, whether you’re an A, B, AB or O, your blood type reveals eye-opening things about your personality and your body's needs. Here's what Dr. D'Adamo says about what foods and workouts will help you reach your blood type's fitness goals.
TYPE O 3
Character Traits: Focused, leader, energetic
Your Diet: Type Os (considered the original blood type) are descendants from hunter-gatherers who relied mainly on animal protein to survive their strenuous lifestyles.
Your Personality: You’re known for your leadership skills, extroversion, energy and focus. You consider yourself responsible, decisive, organized, objective, rule-conscious and practical. (Probably because you are.) But if you ever cheat on your diet, stop exercising or slip into a negative mindset (even boredom), watch out. You become angry, hyperactive or even manic.
What to Eat: Eat lean beef, lamb, turkey, chicken or fish (like bass, cod, halibut, sole and rainbow trout), kelp, seafood and (in moderation) salt, which lowers your levels of iodine, giving you optimal thyroid function.
What to Avoid: You might have difficulty digesting dairy, eggs and gluten, and should avoid wheat germ and wheat products like bread. Beans and legumes should also be avoided when possible, since they mess with your digestion and can wear you out or make you retain fluids. Cruciferous veggies like cabbage, Brussels sprouts, cauliflower and mustard greens should be nixed because they inhibit thyroid function.
Dinner Tonight: Lamb and asparagus stew, steamed broccoli and sweet potato, and mixed fruit like blueberries, kiwi, grapes and peaches.
Your Workout: It’s especially important for you to work out regularly to stay fit, and exercising will help regulate stomach problems and ulcers you may experience because of your O-ness. Which is fine, since your blood type thrives on physical exercise anyway. Get sweating with the treadmill, swimming, running, cycling and weight training.
TYPE A 3 Character Traits: Hardworking, responsible, calm
Your Diet: When hunter-gatherer Os started thinning out, our ancestors started relying on agriculture and expanding their diet to include a semi-vegetarian approach. Type As have the digestive enzymes and bacteria it takes to digest grains and plants that other blood types might have a rough time breaking down.
Your Personality: When everyone else is panicking, you keep it cool. You’re responsible, hardworking, detail oriented and extremely organized. But you also have a classic “type A” personality—stressed and conscientious, craving success and perfection. You're the most artistic of the blood types (and even a bit sensitive).
What to Eat: Fill your plate with fruits like berries, figs, plums, apples, avocados, pears and peaches. Choose veggies like broccoli, artichokes, carrots, greens and garlic. Fish and poultry should be limited since type As produce fewer meat-digesting enzymes, which is why they have such a hard time digesting red meat. To get protein, rely on plant protein from nuts (like nut butters), seeds, beans and soy. Since your body can easily break down and get optimal nutrition from grains, carbs and proteins, cereal, breads and pastas should be staples of your diet.
What to Avoid: To balance cortisol levels (you may have high levels, which can lead to OCD, disrupted sleep, muscle loss, fat gain and insulin resistance) limit sugar, caffeine and alcohol and don’t skip meals, especially breakfast. Stressful elements like extreme weather conditions, loud noise, overwork and violent TV and movies should also be avoided.
Dinner Tonight: Tofu-pesto lasagna, broccoli and frozen yogurt.
Your Workout: Since you stress easily, try something calming like yoga.
TYPE B 3 Character Traits: Individualistic, relaxed, unconventional
Your Diet: Type Bs emerged when type Os moved to the Himalayas as nomads, domesticating animals and living on meat and dairy. Modern Bs should rely on lean red meat (like lamb, venison and beef) and fish, and choose turkey over chicken. Because of a sugar present in milk, Bs should work dairy like yogurt, cheese and milk into their diet each day.
Your Personality: You throw yourself into projects you love, always sticking to your goal, even when it’s against the odds. Since you follow your own rules, you’re not the most cooperative of the blood types. And because you pay attention to your thoughts more than your feelings, you can sometimes come off as cold.
What to Eat: Fill up on leafy greens and vegetables, and fruits like bananas, grapes, plums and pineapple.
What to Avoid: Take it easy on grains and avoid corn, buckwheat, rye and wheat since they can alter your ability to metabolize. (Same goes for nuts and seeds, so avoid peanuts, sunflower seeds and sesame seeds.)
Dinner Tonight: Broiled fish with roasted yams and rosemary, steamed vegetables and mixed fresh fruit.
Your Workout: Maintaining the mind/body balance is essential, so go for exercises that challenges both, like tennis, martial arts, cycling, hiking or golf.
TYPE AB 3 Character Traits: Difficult to read, trustworthy, volatile
Your Diet: Type AB is the newest blood type and is the rarest, found in less than 5% of the population. Since ABers share traits with As and Bs, they’re able to digest a wide range of foods. However, they have type B’s adaption to meats, but A’s low stomach acid, which means meat often gets stored as fat. An AB's staples should be veggies, seafood and turkey. Red meat should be eaten sparingly. ABs, like Bs, thrive on dairy and can process eggs particularly efficiently.
Your Personality: You have traits from both ends of the spectrum, making you hard to pigeonhole. You are passionate in your convictions, but you also want to be liked by others and this can create conflicts. You don't mind doing favors or helping out, as long as its on your own conditions. You may have a special interest in art and metaphysics.
What to Eat: Weak immune system? Try a vegetable-rich diet with a variety of carbohydrates. Snack on fresh fruits like cherries, grapes, watermelon and figs. (But thanks to your alkaline stomach, you might have a hard time digesting acidic foods like oranges.) Certain kinds of seafood, like mahi-mahi, red snapper, salmon, sardines and tuna, are optimal.
What to Avoid: Enjoy carbs in moderation, but bypass corn and buckwheat, which are difficult for ABs to digest. Avoid all smoked and cured meats as well as chicken, veal, beef, pork or shellfish. Steer clear of caffeine and alcohol, especially when you’re stressed.
Dinner Tonight: Tofu omelet with stir-fried vegetables and mixed fruit salad.
Your Work Out: Since you pull from both sides of the spectrum, you need to keep balance in your workout regimen, which means a combo of calming activities (like yoga or tai chi) and more intense physical exercise (like running or biking.) Visualization and carving out time alone are important, too. If you’re going to be sitting a lot (say, at work all day), break it up with some exercise. It will keep you energized for the haul.

Here it is, a Full Vegan Meal Plan for you to lose weight effectively or even to maintain your weight! You can try it even if you are not a vegan. =)
As Vegans / Vegetarians, it is important to have enough protein in your meals, hence all the ingredients I chose are high in protein.
As always, my meals are very quick and easily put together, with simple everyday ingredients. You can prep all the meals under 30 minutes or less.
Remember, you don't have to follow the recipe, be creative and make your own. Here are some alternative/examples of high quality and natural food to choose:
Complex Carbs: Brown Rice, Whole Grain Pasta, Oatmeal, Sweet Potatoes, Wholemeal Bread, Wraps, Pita Bread, quinoa, cous cous.
High Protein Food: Tofu, chickpeas, kidney beans, baked beans, any other beans, almonds, any other nuts, peanut butter, soy milk, almond milk, avocado, tempeh, seitan, lentils, soy yoghurt, edamame, oats.
Healthy Fat: Nuts, Olive Oil, Seeds, Beans, Avocado, peanut butter.
In order for this plan to be Effective, you are recommended to:
1) Prepare Your Food in Bulk lasting 2 -- 3 days to make it stress free.
2) These meals are interchangeable. So you can have your snack for breakfast, breakfast for lunch etc.
3) Only use and Prepare high quality and natural food. So no processed, junk food and ready meals at all.
4) Adjust the portion size and calories according to the product you use. Mine might be slightly difference from yours. So read the food label carefully.
5) You must drink 3-4L of water every day.
6) You must eat every 3 -- 4 hours throughout the day in small portion.
7) Make it a habit to plan and pack your meals the night before and store them in the fridge for the next day; this will make your mornings easier, which will help to keep you on track.
8) Print your meal plan and stick in on your fridge as a daily reminder to stay on track.
9) Keep a food dairy of what you eat and how you feel, which contributes towards your weight lost progress.
10) Exercise 5--6 times a week between 45 -- 60 mins for maximum result.
