Beginning of this week my anxiety and worry was really high. I was concerned that people were still moving and crowding places. It got so overwhelming that I cried because I felt like things were out of my control. But @stevie.ww supported me throughout and made me feel more at ease. He said “you can’t hold the weight of the world on yourself” - he’s right that I can get pretty invested sometimes where it overwhelms me and I’m not helping the situation.

I started watching @loveisblindnetflix and it definitely helped me take my mind off my worries. Our daily meditation and breathing exercises have really helped too. We’ve been helping each other with things that we’re passionate about. I still keep myself updated on the news because I think it’s important for us to be informed with the current issue.

I hope everyone is doing well and are at home with loved ones. The less movement we have during this quarantined period, the better we can control the spread. Let’s keep our nation safe.
