越南美食深受槟城人的喜爱，一间又一间的越南餐馆在槟城出现。
在吉隆玻闻名的越南餐馆来到了Gurney Plaza底楼营业啦！ 真的很开心有得尝试原汁原味的越南餐。 Ăn Viet在The Garden Mall 和 Sunway Pyramid都有分店哦！
世界食量3/1是浪费的，为了希望大家别浪费食物，Ăn Viet所有面食和饭类都可以免费的依照自己要的分量要求。例如饭可以120g,160g或200g.大胃王只要吃得完就点200g吧！绝对没加钱。而大家在这里把食物吃完Ăn Viet将会捐10仙哦！真是好棒！
Ăn Viet的主厨是越南人哦！所以你说吃到的味道和越南可以说是一摸一样。这里很多的材料都是从越南引进而且汤头都是用新鲜的材料熬煮。
喜欢味道重的朋友来这里就对了，因为真的很好吃哦！每道食物都没有让我们失望。
越式特色牛肉河粉🍜是必点的美食，这碗牛肉河粉里有生肉片, 牛腩, 牛筋, 牛腱, 牛肚和自制100%纯牛肉丸。应有尽有。汤头是重点，看似淡淡可是一入口就有牛肉的甜味和越式的一种特别味道。牛肉片一上桌要马上吃因为这时候刚刚淋上热汤的牛肉最嫩，牛筋和牛腱是我的最爱，这里的牛肉丸完全是纯牛肉配上牛筋所以口感特别好特别有味道。
现在还可以和店员猜拳👋，赢了可以免费升级Wagyu牛肉片哦！可是我们输了！
越式棍子面包🥖是我们大力推的美食，在槟城真的很难找到那脆口的棍子面包配上特调的烧烤香茅鸡和新鲜蔬菜真的好好吃哦！脆皮米饼在何志明是很普通的美食可是大多都是在路旁看到，卫生方面比较担心，想不到这平民美食这里也有哦！脆皮米饼里面包着特调的猪肉块和美奈子，好原味哦！
看到隔壁桌上菜有一颗大大的球，我们也好奇的点了一份。其实这是糯米球，好大好大哦！用这打卡一定很炫。哈哈！外皮很脆很脆，里面还有可以拉常常的糯米，甜甜的味道配上香茅鸡和沙拉，好特别的一道菜。
最后在来一杯越南特色蛋黄咖啡，之前在越南尝试了可是太creamy有点腻。这里的咖啡比较多所以配起蛋黄刚刚好。喜欢甜的朋友可以加入炼奶然后搅匀，入口可以尝试到香香的蛋味和浓浓的咖啡香。超级顺滑的！
