I think I have mentioned it before ~ within HK, not only are there many Thai & Chiu Chow food all congregated in this once forbidden Walled City area, but it also has the largest concentration of Satay Beef & best recipes too, which is not unpredictable since it is totally related to Chiu Chow cuisine, which itself has relations to both Indonesian & Thai cuisines and are intricately linked in transitional history.. *For your information I am not a big fan of #方榮記 hotpot in this area either, their Satay sauce is ok 👌🏻 but if u knew where to search, there are better within both micro Kowloon City & also inside Hong Kong 🇭🇰🐮 @ 樂園茶餐廳
