We started our meal at 🍷 @thelanewinebar with some really fresh Sydney rock oysters served in 3 ways (Natural / Pickled cucumber 🥒 and apple 🍏 / Red wine mignonette). The sweetness and sour taste from the dressing brought out extra flavours from this local produce
