🗣新光人壽利用 AI 技術偵測業務員詐欺
新光人壽在去年金管會罰了三張大罰單，是壽險同業的最大苦主，其中一件被罰720萬元，主因是業務員製作假保單、以親友地址作為保戶的地址，挪用二千多萬元保費。
新壽表示，這是2019年金檢查出的案子，於是痛定思痛，參考過去偵測保險詐欺的好人壞人模型，在去年初啟用「#業務員防詐欺風險控管模型」。
新壽利用分析模型建構及「#社群網絡分析技術」（Social Network Analysis，SNA），以AI偵測業務員詐欺風險，有40多個風險樣態。
如多名保戶有共同地址、電話、Email，或是保戶短期內以解約或貸款投保新保單，保戶解約或展期等件數爆增等異常行為，將旗下1.4萬多位業務員依分數歸類出高、中、低風險。
該平台透過視覺化工具網絡圖分析，可讓查核人員很容易就發現異常，接著再由業務品質小組人員出動，進行實地查訪，確認問題，去年一年抓出20多位挪用保費、不當行銷、不當勸誘保戶的業務員。
新光人壽2020年共吃了金管會三張大罰單，
