Yoohoo u guys I recently I tried Acoustic Radial Therapy from @bellamariefrancemy to blast off my stubborn fats 🧨
I know what you must be thinking.. “YOU WHERE GOT FAT?” (Yes I’ve had so many instastory comments saying this when I posted)

But truth to be told, I grew up almost obese when I was younger, my heaviest was 68kg while I was only 150cm tall at that time.
With nickname like Gorilla and all, I’m pretty sure my “chubbiness” was not only in my head.

Although I’m quite skinny now, I can be quite flabby around my waist and thigh area. My pear shaped ladies out there... high 5 pls🖐🏼

So immediately after this treatment my pants were all quite loose and my stomach was a lot flatter. The treatment was really enjoyable too!
Can’t wait to try out other treatments from BMF, stay tuned for my review :)

阿拉伯國家/歐洲/亞洲泳衣穿著比較

嚴格說來這次去埃及算是我第一次穿比基尼吧QQ可能台灣一直有要很瘦像竹竿的概念,讓恬恬一直不滿意自己的身材,所以一直不是很敢大方的穿比基尼,以前還要穿小短褲遮醜,你們會這樣嗎？

1.阿拉伯國家:

婦女通常不能穿比基尼,會穿像淺水裝全色深色的泳衣,一開始我看到時還跟Fabian說,他們怎麼可以穿衣服下水:P 原來就跟她們平常包緊緊的概念一樣,絕對不能漏任何的肌膚給其他人看！
男生部分則完全沒有限制,就是穿泳褲裸上半身～

2.歐洲國家:
女生根本從小孩(奶還是平的)就穿比基尼,然後就算身材比較豐腴的婦女也是很大方的秀自己噢！
**最特別的是在歐洲泳池游泳不用戴泳帽喔！

3.台灣:
小時候女生多半穿連身泳衣,在慢慢從兩截式變成最後比基尼～
**出發埃及前拿出我台灣帶的泳帽給Fabian看時,他差點噴飯哈哈哈,但我說台灣泳池沒有泳帽不能游泳喔！

旅遊最大的樂趣在於發現不同於自己國家的地方:)

Arabic countries/Europe/Asia swimwear comparisons

Technically, I never wore bikini until I was in Egypt. Perhaps due to our concept of beauty, we always want to be very skinny. I wasn't really confident of my body and didn't dare to wear bikini then.

1.Arabic countries:
Women usually don't wear bikinis. They wear outfits like diving ppl wear. At first when I saw it, I asked Fabian why did they wear clothes to swim? But it turned out that it's their swimwear! They cannot reveal any body parts like the way they wear Burqa or Hijab.
For guys, they don't have any regulations. They wear swim pants with bare upper body.

2.Europe:
Women wear bikinis from young age on. Even chubby women seem to be very confident wearing them.
**Special part: Europeans don't wear a swim hat in swimming pool.

3.Taiwan:
In our childhood, we usually wear one-piece swimsuits,which then becomes a two-piece swimsuit. Later on we wear bikinis.
**We cannot enter swimming pool without a swim hat.
