Kick away your Monday blues: this is a story about a small potato taking challenges in this big big world
我從來沒想過我會在什麼地方擔當起什麼重要的角色或使命。我明白，一件機械要能好好運作，大零件很重要，但小至一粒螺絲，也是非常重要的！所以一直以來，我都抱着，這個世界沒有了誰也會一樣運轉的心態，認為我只是一位小薯仔(small potato)。
I never think of taking any major role in any place, I know if a machine need to work properly, the big mechanism is important, but as small as a screw can also be very important too. That's why I always think the world will go on no matter who is missing, and so I believe I'm a small potato.
但隨着我在這個運動的參與度愈來愈高，也走上愈來愈專業的路後，眼見我喜愛的運動日漸式微，真的很希望可以盡分力。雖然覺得以一人之力不能做到什麼，但我相信努力試總能改變點什麼。
Then when I investing more in this sport, and becoming more and more professional, and seeing my favourite sport dying... I really wish I could help with something. Though I know a single person can't do anything big, but I believe if I tried, at least something will change.
年復年，今年已踩入第10個教學年度，而由我一手一腳親自帶的小朋友，都跟我第5年了。驀然回首，原來一人之力也可以做到很多，當然一路上也遇到很多有心之人。
Years after years, this is my 10th year teaching skating, and it's the 5th year for those little skaters that I raise from zero until now. Thinking back, even though I'm only one person, but I did a lot already!!! And of course I met a lot of nice people!!
所以，千萬不要小看自己，用生命影響生命這路很長，也不易走，但只要堅持，還是可以帶來點不同。現在香港的氣氛也不太好，但年輕的我們要加油，不要聽那些癡人說夢話的怪論，要出走自救而放棄香港。離開是選擇，留下當然需要勇氣，但更需要愛💕
So don't underestimate yourself, though the path to influence others is very long and not easy at all, but if we keep trying, we shall bring some differences. Now the social atmosphere in Hong Kong is not so good, but our generation should cheer up and don't give up our HOME. Leaving is an option, staying needs courage and LOVE!! 💕
