各位早安，我已經變成晨型辣妹一個月多了，早安曲連載也一週至少三篇分享(撒花)

雖然最近沒什麼演出，持續瑜伽師資班培訓的練習、與維持每週至少三篇的早安曲音樂分享，原本有點詞窮的最近，就在剛剛生出一篇跟女性音樂人相關的不錯文章！

然創作是努力加堅持，沒靈感也要ㄍㄧㄥ下去寫就對了。

早安曲｜可能是昨晚Super Napkin的音樂，充滿美國 90‘s Indie rock tone 太純，今天早上也很想聽很純的吉他搖滾
於是，今天早安曲分享很indie 氣味，來自美國L.A. 「Death Valley Girl」，他們大約創立於2013、4年
Death Valley Girls 由鼓手Patty Schemel創立，她跟90年代Grunge大團有些淵源。她曾經是由Courtney Love領軍的 「Hole」第二張專輯 《Live Through This》 、第三張專輯 《Celebrity Skin》的鼓手。

Patty Schemel是鮮少被談論的女性音樂人，她不是技巧派，就是那種很愛龐克搖滾、暴女起家的鼓手 ，如果搖滾怒女這本書出到第三本，應該要收入她才對，記錄女性音樂人的書籍實在太重了，很棒的東西應該被記錄下。

她經過Kurt Cobain推薦給他老婆Love，加經典Grunge樂團 「HOLE」，成為，但之後 Hole 太紅，被製作人認為技巧不夠，就被Session player取代，被取代之後也是深陷美國那種上癮的崩壞人生，成為街友，一直到2000年初才clean。

Kurt Cobain相關的故事都跟暴女(riot grrrl)、龐克有關，他曾經說過，他受女性主義啟蒙，暴女祖師奶團 Bikini Kill主唱， Kathleen Hanna 曾經在 Kurt 的牆壁上塗鴉寫上 「Smells Like Teen Spirit」，最後這句話成為Nirvana經典的Grunge國歌，因為Kurt跟Kathleen一開始關係密切，也讓Love大吃醋。

回到今天要分享的歌曲 歌詞也很young，有點智障，像是熱戀期，90's 風格搖滾樂總是充滿青春的氣息。

傷心的人別聽慢歌。

最近幾次遭逢人生的生離死別，我都聽快歌獲得力量。台式慢歌，大部分談論後悔、苦痛、分離，情緒起伏都非常滿。我第一次經歷人生的大分手時，就拉著朋友陪我去KTV去唱慘歌，也確實陪我走出當時的困境。隨著年齡增長，後來幾次這種低潮，我發現聽慢歌、唱慢歌，都不能真的幫助到我。

慢歌是在心情平靜、有空間去反思的時候，可以回顧、檢討、安撫，聽了會很有感覺。可是當心情無以名狀的時候，那些慢歌根本聽不下去，有時候甚至有火上加油的感覺，那種被剝奪的不公平感，到底是誰能來解？

昨天跟朋友聊起分手、離婚、晚輩過世，一些我們共同遭遇的事情，一度我很想哭。不是因為這些遭遇有多慘，而是我們又有多少的年頭可以揮霍？把握現在、活出自己、讓自己更快樂，這個概念實在迂腐卻代代流傳，因為我們常常做不到。下定決心走出那些不愉快，繼續為自己而活，那才是真正的勇氣。很多快歌沒有什麼大道理，但說穿了，就是好好愛自己一回。

我分手那週，剛好Rain On Me發表。身為老卡迷，這首歌還有進步空間，但第一段歌詞真的點醒了我很多：

不翻成中文，邏輯會顯得有點白癡XD
不過就像歌詞說的，很痛苦，但我選擇痛一回，因為我會在這痛苦中昇華。獻給我自己、我朋友、還有那些還想不清楚的人。

😩今晚的Moves Party沒有跨過4人關卡，
只好把這首愛歌送給大家慶祝週末。
