七月初在聖地牙哥臨時決定拜訪這家位於 UTC 購物中心內的秘密酒吧 Raised by Wolves
當天下午打電話訂位
很幸運訂到晚上九點的座位。
酒吧門口的設計相當吸睛
入口處是一家販售各種酒的商店
報到之後等到時間到
服務生會讓客人坐在一個轉盤上轉進裡面的秘密酒吧。
酒吧區別有洞天
結合中間吧檯區的噴水池以及旁邊座位的圖書館華麗布置
酒單常常更換
以我們當天喝到的四杯調酒來說
個人最喜歡提拉米蘇調酒 Tiramisu Tini。
建議提早網上定位或是電話訂位
或是早點抵達現場排隊
正好在購物中心內所以可以邊等邊逛街
等候時間也不會無聊。

再來跟大家推薦另一家聖地牙哥的秘密酒吧 Raised by Wolves！
這次也是臨時起意決定在聖地牙哥最後一晚再去個酒吧
前天下午打電話訂位
很幸運訂到九點的酒吧的位置
正好吃完晚餐來小酌。
Raised by Wolves 在一個很新穎的戶外 Westfield 購物中心內
還有鼎泰豐以及快開的海底撈。
酒吧外觀很吸睛
門口有兩隻狼的雕像。
抵達之後去報到
稍微逛一下酒吧的販售酒的商店。
Raised by Wolves 是一家秘密酒吧
在這區沒有一個很明顯的酒吧入口。
如果沒有被爆雷過或是親眼看到前一組人進場會真的很有驚喜！
進入酒吧要搭乘一個轉盤
坐在像是火爐邊的座位直接轉進酒吧區
完全就是另外一個世界。
我們坐在吧台的座位
吧檯內有一座小噴泉
酒吧內有許多書本的擺設
整體風格跟紐約的幾家酒吧很像。
酒單上除了寫調酒的內容物還會有一段介紹的文字。
Sundress $14
第一杯我點了以伏特加為基底
加入泰國九層塔酒、乾型威末酒、萊姆、蘇打水
上面插一片葉子
這杯喝起來滿像九層塔水
少了更多的水果味襯托
比較不推薦。
Mild Sedative $15
這杯以朗姆酒為底
加入桃子酒、百香果、椰子奶油、柳丁、檸檬
很有夏天的氣候。
Tiramisu Tini $16
第二杯我點了喝起來像是提拉米蘇的酒
加入朗姆酒、阿夸維特、咖啡酒、肉桂
上面淋上一層綿密的奶泡再灑上可可粉
喝起來像是咖啡酒加提拉米蘇上層的綿密奶油可可
還滿喜歡這杯！
Iron Ranger $14
第二輪另一杯點的是以波本酒為底
加入法勒南香甜酒、鳳梨、檸檬、薄荷、肉桂
這杯是杯酒味比較重的熱帶調酒風格的酒
很適合當酒吧的最後一杯酒
整體也很好喝。
最後離開酒吧是走旁邊一個出口
不是再搭乘轉盤出去
整體是一個很棒的秘密酒吧體驗
以酒的用心跟好喝程度我還是更喜歡 Noble Experiment。
不過Raised by Wolves 似乎很常換酒單
下次拜訪聖地牙哥有時間一定還會想再來！

The Jungle Book (1894) is a collection of stories by the English author Rudyard Kipling. Most of the characters are animals such as Shere Khan the tiger and Baloo the bear, though a principal character is the boy or "man-cub" Mowgli, who is raised in the jungle by wolves. The stories are set in a forest in India; one place mentioned repeatedly is "Seonee" (Seoni), in the central state of Madhya Pradesh.
The theme is echoed in the triumph of protagonists including Rikki-Tikki-Tavi and The White Seal over their enemies, as well as Mowgli's. Another important theme is of law and freedom; the stories are not about animal behaviour, still less about the Darwinian struggle for survival, but about human archetypes in animal form. They teach respect for authority, obedience, and knowing one's place in society with "the law of the jungle", but the stories also illustrate the freedom to move between different worlds, such as when Mowgli moves between the jungle and the village. Critics have also noted the essential wildness and lawless energies in the stories, reflecting the irresponsible side of human nature.
