Ran out of my usual katsu curry sauce so I tried this Yo Sushi one from the supermarket. 🍛 I found it a bit too sweet - but it went well with the carrots & sweet potato (and super-authentic quorn dinosaur!!) 🦕 My fav is S&B Golden Curry (medium spice level) but it's good to know you can get Japanese curry at the supermarket! 🍛
