This is probably class 40 instead of 41 (miscount). Am so happy this bunch (@pametaj @mad_t83 @frankiechaihyung @ebjunaidi) finally made it to the class, kudos for showing up 👍🏻 . As usual, started class with leg swing warm up and stretch and stretch cooldown. These are the recorded pre warm-up sessions and main course. A group of tight hips like me? 🤣 yay.

Still struggles to jump, lemme just try to strengthen my hip 🙈 At least I didn't look like am dead today, thank you for a good cooling weather hehe. Who said runner can just run?
