This was the most touching graduation ceremony I have ever experienced♥️😭 ⠀
Instead of just handing us the yoga certificates, our dear teachers surprised us one last time💕⠀
After a month of sweat and tears, we finished the last day of training with practicing 108 sun salutation. Everyone was tired and happy, but also a bit sad because it was coming to an end. ⠀
To end this journey beautifully, we made two rows, and everyone of us walked through, one at a time, eyes closed. While slowly walking, all of us had the chance to whisper something into her/his ears. It was so beautiful and so emotional, because we had opened our hearts to each-other. 😌⠀

It's crazy how so many of us actually have so much love and kindness to give, but we rarely say things out loud, because we are afraid to be judged or rejected 💔👐🏽⠀
I really hope in future I can share the same loving energy with my students as we have done here!

This day, we all ended up crying out of joy & gratefulness. 🧡⠀

我們親愛的老師們不僅給我們頒發了證書，還送給我們最後一次驚喜💕⠀
經過一個月的汗水和眼淚，我們最後一天練了108次拜日式，每個人都感到累和快樂，但也因為課程結束而感到一點難過。⠀
為了美好地結束這一個月的旅程，我們所有人排成了兩排，然後每個人，一個一個，雙眼緊閉，慢慢走過去領證書。在緩慢行走的過程中，我們所有人都有機會在她/他的耳朵裡竊竊私語。這個典禮能如此美麗和令人激動，是因為我們彼此開放了我們的心。⠀

事實是，我們世界當中其實有這麼多人實際上擁有如此之多的愛心和奉獻的精神，但我們很少大聲說出這些感人的話，因為我們害怕被審判或拒絕💔⠀

我真的希望將來我能和我的學生們分享我這個遊程中感收的愛心。💛⠀
這一天，我們所有人都因喜悅和感恩而哭泣。👐🏽⠀

✨ THE LIFE YOU WANT ✨

Last month, I had a chance to live and work from Bali for 2 weeks.
Working in front of a rice field, watching monkeys, getting attacked by 3 monkeys in the middle of a coaching call (that’s a story for another time🐒)

This means a lot to me.
This isn't just a nice trip.
This is a dream coming true.

For many years, my free-spirited soul yearned to experience the "global/digital nomad" life.
Travel, take my work with me, breathe in the new air, listen to the stories of the place and its people, see the world deeper - and because of that - see myself clearer.

But I held back.
I told myself many stories about why it wasn't a good idea.
"It's not possible."
"It's too costly."
"It's too unstable."
"It's not for me."

Underneath all that, I was just afraid.

This life doesn't seem to fit in the mold of a Vietnamese woman - especially a woman who's turning 30.
I mean... Aren't I supposed to be pregnant and have kid(s) by now?! 🤷🏻‍♀️

I have nothing against having children. I adore close friends of mine who just had their first babies.

And I think we should never lie to ourselves about the life we want to live.
That's self-betrayal.

We owe it to ourselves to live the greatest life we’re capable of living,
even if that means we’ll have to go against what our families and our societies want for us.

You are the only one who knows what you want.
You are the only who can give you what you want.

So be fierce, my dear.
Be fierce in your honesty - to yourself, first of all.

What is the life you want?

Embrace the sweet scary uncertainty that comes with your true heart’s desire.
Stare fear in the face and take the next steps towards that life anyway.

The month of March has been an eventful one! Falling ill and being down for a week, desperately trying to recover in time for Ironman 70.3 Taiwan after that, announcing the SCSM Women Squad 2018, being part of the sloggi Zero Feel spring summer showcase (in my panties), and of course heading to Taitung for the race... phew! So, it’s time for a proper break. No pre-sunrise alarms, no training, no meetings... Bali, here I come.

Back to my DWP vlog, if you follow me on instagram, you should notice I've lost 3 phones in a month! And I promise it will be my LAST I lost my phone! Rave was ok, people there not ok because many pickpocket and robbing. Need to take care your personal belongings all the time. Due to losing phone, there are not much footage I can get from the rave, probably the saddest rave I ever been to but I hope you still enjoyed my videos. 说回这个DWP ,其实那个rave是不错啦，这是那边的人不ok,太多偷东西和打抢了，治安不好。还真的需要小心保管自己的东西。如果有follow我，应该都知道我一个月不见3次电话吧，（应该全世界都知道）我的心情是如此崩溃你知道吗？这次应该是我最差经历的rave. 不过希望你们也看到开心啦，毕竟把别人痛苦见证在自己的快乐是很正常的。看完了记得按赞（不用钱的），可以的话分享给三姑六婆看。谢谢
