Hi everyone, my personal website has been upgraded and I like it very much.👇
lochanpeng.com
There are my art reviews and reports over the years (in the process of collating)
There are also my works. In particular, my works will no longer be classified in series on the website, but in chronological classification. This is also in line with my perception of creativity in recent years. If the relationship between the work and the person is one in the present, then do the ten-year-long series mean that the person has not changed in the past ten years?
So for me, the series is a kind of framework, and it can even be said to be a shackle. Also because my website works are classified by chronology, I have also seen that the difference in my life course is completely reflected in my works-some years of creation are very colorful, Some years are very gloomy, some years are particularly obsessed with huge works, and some years have suffered setbacks in life. These are all very interesting to me. Creation is like breathing to me.
At the same time, I have been thinking about this part of the newly completed online course area for a long time. Is it necessary to have a promotion month and various marketing methods like when working with industry platforms in the past?
In the end, I decided not to do this.
I hope that the students who take my course can see my value rather than being attracted by the 20% discount. I hope that our relationship can be more purely focused on learning. Rather than let your head keep thinking about whether there is a cheaper way.
At the same time, designing and selling are very laborious. Abandoning the sales method, I will go back to the original point and focus on my creation, making better courses, and replying to your homework in the group. Just do this well.
I think this is my consistent way of doing things.
The new courses have just been established, and I will continue to add them in the future. Welcome to join my membership. You will receive all kinds of information updated on the website as soon as possible, including my exhibitions, new works, and new courses.

I spoke to a doc friend of mine, and he echoes the sentiments that there is an insufficient number of posts available for housemanship in our country.
If you recall many years back , there was a glut of medical graduates - I remember during my Uni days, when the quota for students applying for courses in medicine was capped to a certain number. That was back in the late 90s early 2000s.
But with the introduction of private institutions which offer medical courses , we saw an increase of medical graduates.
“Over the years, private medical schools have become convenient scapegoats for what is claimed to be an excessive number of medical graduates in this country, when it is self-evident that this is only part of the story,” ~ Prof. Dr Pravdeep Nair.
Obstetrician and Gynaecologist senior consultant Prof Dr Zaleha Abdullah Mahdy pointed out that the country’s doctor to population ratio was alarmingly imbalanced.
“The problem now is that there aren’t enough posts for doctors to fill in the public health service sector; it has not expanded in line with the population’s needs.”
Prof Pradeep suggested ramping up our healthcare expenditure to ease the gridlock in available posts in the medium and long term, as Malaysia currently spends 4.4% of its gross domestic product on healthcare, compared to the recommended 7% by WHO.
“Another solution is to explore the possibility of smart partnerships with private medical centres and medical schools by allowing housemanship training in the private sector.
“This is in place in Australia under the Commonwealth Medical Internships Initiative,” he said.
He said with a moratorium currently placed on the number of medical programmes in the country as well as limits on intakes, the next steps to consider are a phased reduction in the number of overseas schools Malaysia recognises; a scheduled discontinuance of the provisional registration examination for unrecognised graduates; the introduction of a common competencies checklist for all Malaysian medical undergraduates studying locally or abroad; and the introduction of a common exit examination for all Malaysians who are medical graduates intending to work in Malaysia.
While calling for the current contract doctors to be absorbed into permanent positions, Medical Practitioners Coalition Association of Malaysia president Dr Raj Kumar Maharajah said the number of medical colleges in the country must be controlled.
“Cut down student intakes in private medical colleges by at least 70% and by 50% in public institutions until the situation is normalised,” he said.

Do you think it’s fair that these contract doctors decided to do a boikot when the country needs them most?
1. Hell yeah!
2. No. It’s an opportunist move.
Would love to hear your views.

Today is #WorldHealthDay and the theme this year is “Building a fairer, healthier world.” We know the world isn’t perfect and that there are massive discrepancies in terms of resources between different places. That is why the government and the people of #Taiwan have made consistent efforts to provide medical assistance to countries around the world, insisting on #HealthForAll and in line with our belief that #TaiwanCanHelp.
The mountainous regions of the #Himalayas and #Darjeeling are lacking in medical resources and personnel, so from 2014, the Taiwan Health Corps has held Health Caretaker Courses in the regions 2-3 times a year, sending medical teams to provide training in order to replace the need for volunteer clinics. They’ve already trained over 200 monks and nuns from 30 monasteries into health caretakers, to ensure that emergency care can be provided at monasteries when required by the local population and international visitors.
This video shows the 2019 Taiwan Health Corps on a visit to the north of #India, where they trained monks and nuns. Although the program has been halted temporarily due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are sure the previous efforts helped to save lives and gave substance to the idea that health is for all and that #TaiwanIsHelping! The program takes us one step further in answering the World Health Organization (WHO)’s call for a fairer and healthier world .

Munich. Long bonnet, short overhangs, low centre of gravity, soft top: the sporty two-seater doing its laps at the BMW test centre in Miramas in the south of France is instantly recognisable as a purebred roadster. The new BMW Z4 is currently undergoing another particularly important stage of the process towards serial production maturity, in this case involving driving dynamics testing of a heavily disguised prototype. This will provide key insights into the performance properties of the new model, whose genuine roadster characteristics, pure driving pleasure and captivating sporty flair will soon go out on public roads.
Trials at the Autodrome de Miramas are focusing on fine-tuning of all drive and suspension systems – the basis for the sporty driving experience offered by the new BMW Z4. The most intense form of new dynamic roadster performance is embodied by the BMW Z4 M40i. A new, extremely powerful in-line 6-cylinder engine, a lowered sports suspension with electronically controlled dampers, a newly developed front axle, M light alloy wheels with mixed tyres, an M sports brake system and an electronically controlled lock in the rear axle differential create an overall package that sees the BMW M Performance model setting a whole new benchmark for driving pleasure in the roadster segment.
"The vehicle concept of the new BMW Z4 is geared consistently towards agility and driving dynamics," explains Jos van As, Head of Application Suspension. "The high level of body stiffness and the very rigid suspension attachment provide the perfect basis for a set-up that guarantees the performance qualities of a genuine sports car in terms of steering precision as well as longitudinal and transverse acceleration."
Like the Nürburgring-Nordschleife, the Miramas test centre offers perfect conditions for the new BMW Z4 to demonstrate its driving dynamics potential. Used by BMW to develop and test new models for more than 30 years, the centre comprises a long asphalt oval and a motorway ring road for high-speed tests as well as slalom, serpentine and circular tracks and a number of handling courses and circuits featuring highly diverse types of surface. These are currently being used for detailed analysis and optimisation of the roadster's acceleration, steering and brake response. For example, the final form of the adaptive M suspension as it interacts with the rear axle limited-slip differential is developed on a circuit that is also used for testing purposes by BMW Motorsport.
This intense testing process already indicates that the new version of the roadster concept will offer a tangible increase in sporty flair in the new BMW Z4. The new generation will particularly introduce effective enhancements in terms of agile handling, spontaneity and precision when changing direction and accelerating in dynamic style out of bends – without losing out in the comfort disciplines.
