1. Head of Academics- with at least 5 years experience in tertiary education industry & similar position
Candidates will:
• have a Bachelor OR Master degree in Hospitality / Culinary / Tourism / Education or relevant fields
• have a very strong academic record and standing
• have a very good understanding of the academic disciplines within the department
• have the ability to engage constructively with people
• have excellent communication skills
• have very good ambassadorial and diplomatic skills
• have the ability to manage a number of competing demands
• have excellent delegation skills
• be flexible and adapt to changing circumstances
• be able to develop their skills and seek advice from a variety of sources
• be willing and able to exercise judgement and take risks
• have experience with SKM/City & Guild programmes, MQA procedures, rules & regulations
2. Culinary cum Pastry Instructor
• minimum a diploma/Bachelor in Culinary Arts/Chef Training / Gastronomy or similar fields
• minimum 3 years of work experience in hotel/restaurant/catering services kitchen environment
• have a very strong academic record and standing
• have a very good understanding of the academic disciplines within the department
• have the ability to engage constructively with people
• have excellent communication skills
• have very good ambassadorial and diplomatic skills
3. Sales & Marketing Executive:
• experienced in college sales & marketing
• goal-driven & result-oriented
• minimum a diploma in any field
• possess own transport with a valid driving license
• matured, meticulous with a great people skills
• fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to speak/write in Mandarin/Cantonese will be an added advantage
4. Administrative Officer:
• certificate/diploma in Public Administration/Secretarial Science/Office Management
• fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• excellent people skills
