呢幾年响台灣冇食過完全正宗嘅廣東菜，夠水平嘅更加唔洗講。
多謝好友上星期喺餐廳仲未正式開張(10/16)前帶我嚟先睹為快，食到一星台北文華雅閣前行政總廚，前香港福記謝文師父嘅出品。
呢日雖然菜單喺以帶創意同外省嘅菜式為主，不過响淨係有幾道粵菜中已感受到師父嘅用心和實力。
我以前有提過好多中餐廳為咗抬高價錢，好畫蛇添足咁喺燒賣上夾硬加鮑魚，而幾乎每次啲鮑魚本身都完全冇味，又乾又硬，所以我完全唔buy。而這次真係例外，師父擺喺燒賣上面粒鮑魚係溏心同有咬口，明顯係用咗好長時間去煨煮。加上濃而冇味精感嘅鮑汁，絕對幫到燒賣本身加分。
全晚最鐘意一定係芙蓉海鮮羮。重點唔係燕窩，反而係高湯本身，清淳濃郁感同時存在，完全係功力嘅表現。
當晚已經同師父討論其實好多廣東菜式佢都好拿手，真係好想下次快啲嚟試多幾樣餸。

這幾年在台灣真的沒有吃過正宗的廣東菜，夠水平的更不用説。
感謝好友上週在餐廳還未正式開張(10/16)帶來這裡先睹為快，吃到一星雅閣前行政總廚，前香港福臨門謝文師父的出品。
這天雖然菜單是以帶創意及外省的菜式為主，在只有幾道粵菜中已感受到師父的用心和實力。
我以前有提過很多中餐廳為了收取更高價錢，很畫蛇添足的在燒賣上硬加鮑魚，而幾乎每次的鮑魚本身都完全沒味道，又亁又硬，所以我很不建議。而這次卻例外，師父用在燒賣上的鮑魚是溏心而且Q彈，明顯是用了長時間煨煮。加上濃而沒有味精感的鮑汁，絕對幫燒賣本身加分。
全晚最喜歡一定是芙蓉海鮮羮。重點不是在燕窩，反而是高湯本身，清淳和濃郁感同時存在，完全是功力的所在。
當晚已和師父討論很多地道廣東菜式他其實都很拿手，真的很期待下次來試更多其他地道菜式。
