人的記憶是一件很神奇的事情，特別是那些在你生命當中特別深刻的東西，當你回憶時總是栩栩如生，好像昨天才發生過一樣，同樣的情緒以及感受也會蜂擁而上，似乎昨天才經歷過那一切。

這樣的能力，可以是好事，也可以是一件很可怕的事情。但這一切都取決於我們要怎麼去解析這些感受。

我自己本身其實也並不是一個能夠輕易放下那些曾經真正讓我難過的事物的那種人，但我能夠選擇的是不再去糾結，不再去回憶，並且選擇淡忘，選擇遺忘。

我知道那些無能為力挽救的過去，未來將能夠幻化為我再度前進的養份。

希望這些文字，也能夠帶給那些還在緬懷過去，悔恨失去的朋友們，重新開始的動力。

麥明詩近年由幕前淡出，轉行到國際著名顧問公司任職。回望10年前，佢正式踏入劍橋大學讀law，佢post咗張2011年入學嘅相，感恩每個人同每個成長經歷都成就今天嘅佢：「Looking back, I treasure every experience and every person I met along the way. They made me who I am today. #noregrets #人生有幾多個十年」
