A for me.
What did you see first?
Let us see what it says about your unique personality traits.
A. Trees
If the first thing you see are trees and/or tree trunks, there is a large possibility you are an extrovert. You show kindness to strangers and are polite to those you know, but you have a limit and there are two things you won’t tolerate: being pushed around or mocked.
You are a sensitive soul who shows compassion to others. You pretend not to really care, but the truth is that you care greatly what they think of you.
Even though you surround yourself with people you consider to be friends, you know deep down in your heart that only a few of them are sincere and authentic. You come across as a sensitive person, but make no mistake- you are as strong as they come. You are also extremely intuitive and when it comes to showing your true emotions you would rather hide them than put them on display.
In addition, you tend to not trust people very easily. You are a mystery to some people, and they’ll never figure out what’s going on in your mind. You have a tendency to say ‘yes’ to new opportunities, making sure you succeed in anything you put your mind to.
B. Roots
If you noticed roots first, you are likely an introvert. Acknowledging your mistakes and accepting constructive criticism is what helps you to improve yourself for the future.
At first, when people meet you, their first impression of you is usually wrong. It’s likely you’ve heard “when I met you I didn’t think I’d like you,” or “when I first met you I thought ___” countless times. However this impression changes when they get to know you and they start to realize you are extremely wise, and have tons of personality. It’s really not your fault you give off a different vibe at first- we all have walls for a reason after all.
You are someone who is incredibly diligent with tasks. If you want to accomplishing something, you will. You have morals and principles which you use as a guide to live by. This has made you the kind of person who knows what they want and will achieve success in life because of this clarity.
When people get to know the real you, it becomes obvious you are an independent and responsible person who always strives to be a better version of themselves. You suffer from low self-esteem sometimes, but you have genuine friends who remind you of how amazing you truly are when you need to be reminded of it.
C. Lips
If lips are what you first saw when you looked at the image, you are a simple and quiet person. You prefer an average life which is not complicated by unnecessary commotion to find fulfillment. You are very flexible in your thoughts and manners and always go with the flow.
You are wise and also sometimes naive as your thoughts are not malicious and you always have good intent. You may be perceived as weak and in need of help but in reality that is not true. You have strength in dealing with problems on your own without the help of anyone.
You do not care for complicated relationships and like to be honest with people. Therefore people come to you for advice or to talk to because they know they can trust your opinion.
I thought this was cool so I wanted to share! Its copied from a friend.

10 tips beli rumah . jom ruang kan masa membaca . tak salah kita menambah ilmu . 😊
1. Pilih Loan Yang Betul
Asalkan bukan nama kita. Nak senang lagi, mintak nak...
Continue Reading10 tips to buy a house. Let's space the time to read. It's not wrong for us to add knowledge. 😊
1. Choose The Right Loan
Ensure the first loan that young people do with the bank is a house loan. Not a car loan. This is because car loans will lead to young people's commitments getting higher and the qualifiers on the bank to buy houses are reducing. (If you want to use a car, make sure to use the name of your brother, sister, or father. As long as it's not our name. Want to be easy again, asking to continue paying their car)
2. Use Company Accounts As CashFlow
If young people do business, make sure that customers bank in to the company account. Not a personal account of young people. If the customer banks into a personal account, it will NOT be counted as INCOME. So, lose it there. If anyone missed it, transfer back to the company account with a note ′′ CASH SALES ". If you are eating your salary, and within the same time your own business, register the company. ENTERPRISE is enough.
3. Pay KWSP
If young people are doing their own business, make sure to set your salary for yourself and pay your own business. When applying for loan bank later, there will be 2 types of income of young people. That is income from business, and income from your own salary. For salary payment, use company check to pay. Avoid transfer online only. And make sure to make Payslip and cop together.
4. Don't Influence ASB Loan and Personal Loan
Don't be quick to take ASB Loan or Personal Loan. Because this type of Loan is always the factor that leads to our home bank rejected loans. If you want to take ASB Loan too, make sure that after passing your home loan, then take it once. For me, if you plan to buy a second property, don't take an ASB loan anymore. Because usually the bank will offer us after we pass our first home loan. (but it's different if your income is big, if just taking ASB Loan and monthly payments doesn't give a big effect on your DSR, it's okay.
5. Buy First Home For Investment
For the first home, make sure you buy for investment purposes. Why did I say that? Because if young people buy to sit by themselves, it will be a expenses for young people. It's different if young people buy it in cash. Investment is also divided into two. Either Cash Flow or Capital Gain. If young people choose to cash flow investment. It means young people rent the house to others. Ensure the rent given is nothing less than the bank's monthly payment. Another one is Capital Gain. This means, young people buy a house at a certain period, and when the value of the house increases, young people sell / flip the house and get profit from the sale. This way is called Capital Gain.
6. Don't Combine The Name Of Husband Wife When Buying
Avoid combine the name of husband and wife while buying a house. This is because, everyone is only eligible to get a 90 % loan for two houses only. If the 70th house, only get a loan for 70 %. This means, if you follow the rules, a couple of wives will be able to buy 4 houses. But if combine the name, it will be only 2 houses to get a loan of 90 %. So, you'll lose it. The right rule for a husband and wife is... Buy 4 houses, 1 to sit alone, and 3 more for rent. It's a profit from renting that house to pay monthly for the house that you sit. Isn't it like sitting like that?
7. Ensure CCRIS Records CLEAN
CCRIS record is a record from Bank Negara that collects our debts with financial institutions in Malaysia. To make it easier for you before you decide to make a home loan, make sure you check your own CCRIS record first. Later you'll see your debt list and next to your monthly payment list. If it's 0, it means your record is clean. You're a man of mind. If it's 1, this means there's 1 months out, then 2,3,4 and so on. The way to check is to go to the National Bank and use the machines provided. Or now can apply online only. I'll show you the other day.
8. Three Types Of Home You Need To Know
There are three types of homes you can buy.
FIRST - undercons house (meaning under construction). Usually undercons homes are suitable for people who plan on FLIPPING (Selling) when they're done. If you're looking for a house with discount 7%, then you just need to remove 3 % capital. If you can find a house that gets 10 % discount, then you don't need to withdraw the capital to pay deposit.
BOTH - House of subsale. (means the house is done and has someone else's name). For this type of subsale house, a very large capital is required. If the house is RM500, 000, then a deposit of RM50, 000 is required. Added again with legal fees, etc.
THIRD - Auction House. Among these three types, auction houses are at very high risk. But it's okay.. high risk, the return is high.. If winning auction bid is much cheaper than market price, you'll be lucky.. For auction types, you need to study in terms of market value, house state, neighborhood and others before committing to join the bid. If you ask me, I'd rather buy a UNDERCONS house. 😊
9. Buy Undercons Home
If you choose to buy a house under cons, then choose a big developer. Examples like SP Loyal, IJM Land, Sime Darby, Worldwide and others. The first reason why to choose this developer is less risk. Meaning, the risk for abandoned projects is very low. If you choose a developer with no name, the risk is very high because they may lack capital or have other problems and cause the project can be abandoned. We will lose too later.
Second reason, if a big developer, they usually provide many benefits to their property buyers. For example, 5 %- 10 %, free air conditioner, alarm system, vinyl floor and more. Additionally, big developers will usually provide plenty of facilities in a residential park that they are developing. Look at SP Loyal example. So lucky people buy a house in this nature. How many new facilities they get. For example, there are malls, mosques, banks, parks, and more.
10. Buy Following Skills
Buy a house according to ability. Don't follow the lust. Yerlah, sometimes we are affected by friends who buy big houses, we also want to buy a big house. Loan may be able to pass.. but when entering the monthly payment chapter, it's really burdening you. Monthly commitment is higher than the income you get. Last-last, outstanding! So, to avoid this happening, before deciding to buy any house, make sure you count first about your monthly income ability to pay the house later.
11. Extra Tips
It's normal if loan for the first house, the bank wants to see your CCRIS record. Depends on some banks too. If you have never made a loan with a bank, then your ccris record is empty. And banks can't judge how discipline you are on loan payment. So, if this problem happens to you, there are 2 ways you can do it.
FIRST, you apply credit card and use it. The way to use the correct credit card is, swipe during the day, and at night keep paying back the credit card. This is to prevent you from forgetting to pay.
, make personal loan in the lowest amout in Easy RHB. This way, the bank will see a track record that you are a good debt payer.Translated

Reading this post by @Shacind Ananthan
(@shacindananthan) made me cry tears of joy and pride, I felt compelled to share it with all of you...
"This is for all my fellow Malaysians who are still abroad; I hope this gives you a little insight on what went on during my journey from the UK all the way to the hotel I am quarantined in in KL. To my non-Malaysian friends, this is me unabashedly showing off the exemplary work by our government. This is my tribute to the countless men and women in duty who assisted us with so much care and respect.
It all started on the plane from Doha to KL, where I had transited from Manchester. With a mere 50 people on the plane, we were all fairly separated to sit in isolation from one another. After taking off, we were handed a Health Declaration form to fill up. In addition to the general information (name, age, etc), COVID specific questions were also asked. It even asked for our flight and seat number- I figured it was to track down those who came in contact with a suspected COVID-19 patient.
When I landed in KLIA, we were greeted warmly by 2 men in uniform at the end of the jet bridge. One was coordinating us to queue, strictly keeping in mind the 1m gap, and the other was guiding us to the skytrain on a Segway. As we approached the skytrain, another policewoman took over and brought us to the bus lounge, where we boarded a bus to the arrival hall. Each bus had a maximum of only 10 people, and the seats were marked with an ‘X’ to make sure we sat adjacent to each other. In the bus was another policewoman who made sure we went in one by one, and only allowed the next person to enter once the previous one had sat down. A recurring theme you would find is that at every ‘checkpoint’ there were at least 1-2 officers who did their job so diligently, that there was no hold up, making the process very smooth. It felt as if this was an extremely well thought out procedure that had been going on for years. All the i’s were dotted and t’s crossed.
Once we alighted the bus, we walked to the immigration counters and were screened by an infra-red thermometry system. After passing it, we were guided towards a team of health officials from KKM on the right. I was very impressed with the number of health officials and the amenities provided for them. There were around 10 officials in what looked like full hazmat suits, each provided with a chair and table. I was greeted by this lovely woman, who asked for my health declaration form and reaffirmed if I had any symptoms. The constant glee on her face and referring to me as “adik” made me feel like I was in safe hands. The first step to addressing a crisis is to calm the stakeholders. It is the little things like these that reassures one in an anxiety driven situation. She then gave me a home assessment form where I had to monitor and report my symptoms daily.
After clearing the immigration, we queued up to sanitize our hands, and then were given another form to register our particulars and emergency contacts. We sat down and filled up the forms while waiting for 3 more batches of people to arrive. After 20 minutes passed, a police officer gave us a short briefing on the do’s and don’ts while in quarantine. The question on everyone’s minds was “where are we being taken?”. I overheard conversations of people praying that it was a five-star hotel in KL. However dire the circumstances, the innate Malaysian tendency to always expect luxury never fades, does it? The policeman politely replied that he wasn’t sure where we were going to be quarantined, but assured us it was going to be a good place nevertheless.
Then we were escorted by another officer to the baggage claim area where our luggage had already been taken off the baggage carousel and organized for us to simply go and grab them. I figured that this was to reduce the contact between people in case we crowd around the conveyer belt. This also significantly reduced the time taken for us to get re-organized. Take note of the little details that the authorities paid attention to.
Later on, the same police officer led us to the arrival hall where 3 Smart Selangor buses had already been parked for us to board. Before entering the bus, a fireman proceeded to fumigate our luggage and backpacks one by one, while we sanitized our hands once more before being handed a bag full of snacks by another officer. In the bus was a lady who helped us load our luggage. It was very systematic, only allowing one person in the bus at a time to maintain social distancing.
We waited for around 30 minutes for all 3 batches of people to board the buses. My mind was still in a state of disbelief, I and kept wondering how much manpower and logistics it must have taken to make the process as smooth as possible and achieve this insane level of efficiency. Before leaving, the bus driver announced that we were being taken to Impiana KLCC Hotel. Mental gasps could be heard from the 15 people in the bus.
The journey to the hotel was just short of 50 minutes. We were all aghast looking at the sight before us when we reached the hotel. People were busy clicking pictures and taking videos of the scene that frankly seemed like it belonged to a distant dystopian future. Dozens of people in full hazmat suits were standing by a long table which looked like an assembly line, busy screening and registering us aliens. Before we got off the bus, a man in a PASKAU uniform briefed us on the next course of action. He told us to keep our passports ready for registration. We patiently helped each other with the luggage (still maintaining an appropriate distance) and queued up according to yellow tapes on the ground. I was standing in line between two sisters, so I offered the one behind me to take my spot but she politely declined. Soon enough, it was my turn.
The lady at the start of the table proceeded to check my temperature with a temperature gun and passed me another form, similar to the home assessment one. I then handed my passport to the next guy who immediately photo stated it with the photocopier behind him. While waiting for my passport, the following person asked for my phone number and my place of origin. After I received my passport, I was given the room key along with two masks and was quickly thrusted into the hotel. While it seemed quick and rushed, it was effective as the primary goal was to limit as much contact with others as possible.
As I walked in, I saw the girl who was in front of me struggling with her 4 huge bags, so me and another KKM personnel assisted her into the lift. We had a brief conversation and I got to know that she was a third-year student who had to leave the UK and pack her things for good overnight. Laughing at the fact that our rooms were next to each other, we bid goodbye and stormed into our rooms. In the room were two boxes of bottled water, plastic bags for the contaminated clothes, a huge bag filled with coffee, biscuits and snacks and so on. We are being served good nutritious food three times a day and housed in a four star (some five star) hotel all for free of charge. There is 24/7 surveillance and a medical team at our doorstep at all times. I bow down to this great nation with utmost humility, thank you for this Malaysia.
This lockdown/ quarantine has really cultivated the sense of community and the innate feeling of unity that we had lost. Though the time frame of when this epidemic will end is still unclear, it became clear to me that we will pull through, because that’s what Malaysians do best. This was further proven when all 74 of us quarantined at Impiana KLCC were added into a WhatsApp group by Lieutenant Zakee (who was in charge of our welfare in the hotel) for ease of communication. The group was instantly flooded with messages of hope, optimism and love and gratitude for the lieutenant, health workers and other officers who heroically put our welfare in front of their own lives.
Why am I writing this? This is a primary account of someone who experienced the plight of leaving a foreign country overnight with an uncertain future. This is to counter the fake narratives online that seek to defame our great nation. The entire ecosystem functioned like a well-oiled machine, NO stone was left unturned. It is not an overstatement when I say that Malaysia has been one of the most proactive countries with tackling the menace of COVID-19. Therefore, I urge the armchair economists at home, the constant naysayers- if you cannot acknowledge the good our government is doing, at least don’t stand in their way.
Thank you again, Malaysia, for keeping me safe. I have always been, am always, and will always be a proud citizen of this country that has given me so much.
Tanah tumpahnya darahku!

Song I wrote for all the mothers in the world! :)
Lyrics:
[Intro]
This one goes out, to all the moms in the world
I consider them warriors
Chea!
[Hook]
My mama told me, when I was young,
She'd sit beside me, 'my only son.. '
And listen closely..to what I say
And if you do this..it'll help you, some sunny day
[Verse1: ShiGGa Shay]
When I was young, only you believed in my dreams
When they told me I wasn't the one, you still gave me self-esteem
I remember everything you said
When I was down with a fever, layin cold on the bed
I told you I was gonna represent Singapore
And now you holdin' down every single one of my metaphors
I cursed, I fought, I lied and cried
and if it wasn't for you, I probably woulda died
You single handedly turned me from trash to a pearl
A lady responsible for bringing me into the world
You were always there, when hope was forlorn
A day after 9/11 a star was born
You knew I was special so you told me to do it
knewing that I was much more than marketed music
I would never forget what you've done for me
Cause without you, I wouldn't have a soul to breathe
[Hook]
Oh take your time.. don't learn too fast..
Troubles will come..and they will past..
You find a woman..and you'll find love..
And don't forget there is a someone..up above
[Verse2: ShiGGa Shay]
Whenever I fell you were always there to catch me
Fillin' my heart with love so it's never empty
The love you've given can't be described wit a pen
I wouldn't mind livin life as your child again
You still stayed when I refused to even listen
There were days you worked late just to pay tuition
but my intuition told me you had a mission
You wrote me a bright future now I have a vision
Of the world in my palms, ya baby boy's all grown
Hugged me with open arms when I was all alone
there was a time I did real bad in school
You didnt give up even when they said I was a fool
With your love and support I know I gotta make it
Makin you proud cause I'm what you created
If I get signed I ma get you a home
I made this song cause I'm more comfortable speakin on tha microphone
[Hook]
And get your lust, from a rich man's gold..
All that you need now.. is in your soul..
And you can do this.. if you try..
All that I want from you my son.. is to be satisfied!
And be a simple..kind of man..and be something..
You love and understand..let it be a simple..kind of man..
Oh won't you do this all..if you can..
[Verse3: ShiGGa Shay]
Call me the human torch my rhymes on fire
My moms a warrior and pops is a cancer survivor
Didn't mind when 'I kissed a girl like 'Katy Perry'
cause they say that I'm sweeter than Ben & Jerry's
You must be proud of the product you created
I work so hard yet they say I'm overrated
Don't tell me but show thats what mama told me
Hold me closely like a book then carefully unfold me
Whatever yo momma say you gotta pay attention
Cause her words probaby pay a king's ransom
If my hand is a gun, I got it cocked like Will Smith(Hancock)
I'm ma use it to protect even if my bones shift
I ain't gon follow my dreams I ma lead them with glory
My momma led a life you could read in a story
I owe you so much that I can't repay
without you there wouldnt be no ShiGGa Shay!
[Hook]
Oh don't you worry.. you'll find yourself..
Follow your heart.. and nothing else..
And you can do this.. oh yeah..If you try..
All that I want from you my son..is to be satisfied!
And be a simple..kind of man..and be something..
You love and understand..let it be a simple..be a simpleman..
Oh won't you do this all..if you can..
[No one can scold me, thats what Mama Told me]
