โดยเรื่องนี้มีที่มาจากแฟนเกม Call of Duty: Modern Warfare ที่ Tweet ไปถาม Joe Cecot หัวหน้าฝ่ายพัฒนาและออกแบบเกม Call of Duty: Modern Warfare ในโหมด Multiplayer ว่า เป็นไปได้ไหมที่ในเร็ว ๆ นี้จะมีการปรับสมดุลของอาวุธในเกมใหม่ เพราะเขาเห็นว่าในตอนนี้กว่า 90% ใน Kill Cam ไม่ว่าจะในโหมดไหนก็มีแต่คนใช้ปืน Grau 5.56 กันเต็มไปหมด ในขณะที่ปืนหลักอย่าง M4A1 นั้นโดนไปแล้วถึง 3 รอบ

ซึ่งคุณ Cecot ก็ได้ยืนยันว่าการปรับสมดุลอาวุธครั้งใหม่นั้นจะมีขึ้นในช่วงกลาง Season 4 นี้แน่นอน พร้อมกับ Patch Note แบบละเอียดยิบ ขอให้ทุกคนสบายใจได้ ซึ่งสาเหตุที่ Grau 5.56 เป็นที่นิยมในตอนนี้ก็เพราะว่าแรงดีดของปืนที่น้อย ความแรงระดับพอดี และยิงได้หลายระยะ ซึ่งได้เปรียบอย่างมากในโหมด Battle Royale นั่นเอง ส่วนจะถูกปรับแก้ในเรื่องใดนั้นเราก็คงต้องมารอดูกันไป
