🌟Cookkit 快速挑戰蛋白增肌餐 Day 5🌟
最後一道蛋白增肌餐啦!
把綠咖哩擺壓軸準沒錯😎
文末還有注意事項⚠️

#泰式綠咖喱雞肉飯
一說到泰式料理就會想到咖喱!
而且一定要夠辣🌶️
但可惜我自己覺得它不夠辣😄
📍飯的部分因為已經事先煮好
所以只要加熱就好
今天只要一個平底鍋🍳
先熱鍋後倒一點橄欖油跟蒜頭爆香
再下花椰菜🥦跟一些水蓋上鍋蓋
燜炒至熟透加一點鹽巴調味即可起鍋👌🏾
接下來倒入綠咖哩椰漿加熱至冒泡
倒入100ml的水跟香茅 南薑 檸檬葉拌炒30秒
再放入雞肉 豌豆莢 紅蘿蔔 玉米筍炒至收汁熟透
最後灑點鹽巴 放入九層塔顛鍋一下即可起鍋擺盤啦~
然後就拿筷子準備吃飯吧😆

Preheat oven to 180 degrees
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 18-20 minutes.
3 Banana
1/2 Cup of Peanut Butter
1 Teaspoon of Baking Powder
1 Egg
2-4 Scoops of Protein Powder
30g Dark Chocolate
2 tbsp of Cocoa powder
