士兵任务失败, 遇到困难, 上层就各种惩罚制度, 扣薪资, 扣奖金, 炒鱿鱼, 警告信等, 然后酬劳自己拿最多. 试问又怎么能有忠诚度呢？

经营公司 = 经营国家, 得民心者得天下.
