颱風🌀來了，跟疫情期間一樣不能出門，在家要怎麼樣讓自己舒適、愉快、充實地度過週末呢？

可以改變居家環境擺設、改變穿著、改變活動、改變行為的模式…用好奇的心去試試看各種方法，讓一模一樣的生活有些不一樣，然後別太快下評斷，就像在平靜無波的水面打個水漂，就只欣賞水花與漣漪的美好，不需要為一切存在打分數。

影片是上週一晚上的Freestyle Dancehall課程，動作比較單純也比較基礎，想讓大家感受中板流動與浪漫的感覺。大家又紛紛回到線上了😆，現場雖然沒有人類陪伴，但可以不戴口罩好好呼吸、又可以擦上自己喜歡的口紅也很不錯💋。

明天（週日）疫情後的第一堂Dance Party不知道會不會被颱風打擾呢？無論如何，大家都平安就是最好的，我們一起期待吧💕
