============================
For expecting mothers, babies are gifts from the God. However, some babies are lost unexpectedly, causing grievances for the mother and her families.
Babies that are spontaneously lost during the first trimester are called miscarriages, and those lost after the first trimester are called stillbirths. Although in some countries stillbirths are defined as fetal loss after 20 weeks.
Stillbirths are usually discovered mothers who don't feel fetal movements or incidentally during regular pregnancy ultrasound surveillances. Some still births occur early in 2nd trimester, whilst some occur towards the end of the pregnancy, suggesting different underlying mechanisms.
Causes of stillbirths can be classified as mother, fetus or placenta related. Examples of causes relating to the mother include diabetes and hypertension (or eclampsia), infection and autoimmunity; relating to the fetus include abnormal chromosomes, fetal growth retardation; relating to the placenta include blood flow insufficiency or twisted umbilical cord. Although about in 25% of cases no cause can be found.
Factors like smoking, alcohol and illicit drug, obesity and Mother's advanced age use are related to increased risk of fetal loss.
It is one of the saddest things to see a Mother who lost her child. From an obstetrician's point of view, identifying the cause may help to prevent recurrences of such tragedy. Carers' support and vigilance for mothers who lost their babies is important as postpartum depression can unfortunately also occur.

(English writing below)
The Peach Blossom Blooms In a Single Thought

......................
I have acne skin as a teenager, and somewhere along the way, my skin turned sensitive.
Not many skincare brands, drugstore or over-the-counter, work for me, and Innisfree, to my delight, is one that works
So just now, I dropped by Innisfree to return my empty bottles (in my Stories)
I then browsed the shelves, looking for the Jeju Orchid Sleeping Mask. It was not there. I turned to ask the enthusiastic salesgirl beside me.
She went off to ask the more senior staff, who was behind the cashier counter.
No luck, it was out of stock and they had no idea when it would be back.
I ended up buying the Green Tea Sleeping Mask, having read great reviews online.
As the cashier passed me my purchase, she told me to wait for she wished to give me some samples to try, the de-facto practice of many Korean skincare and makeup brands.
When I left the store with the samples in hand, it dawned on me what the cashier had done.
I bought a sleeping mask.
She gave me two other sleeping mask varieties.
That’s smart - giving what the customer uses, and not some product that that customer may not use.
Not every girl plaster a million products on her face.
One of the samples was the Jeju Orchid Sleeping Mask!
That’s heartwarming - to remember that the customer was looking for.
I could either be keen in that mask, or a repeat buyer. But the key is, not only did she remember my inquiry, she gave me a sample that would not make this trip a wasted one.
This small act of consideration from the sales person is what we called Giving, in Buddhism.
The more thought you put in your giving, the more good fortune you are planting for yourself. When you give with happiness, then the love and respect you receive in future will be vast and boundless.
Many people mistook that the word Giving is to be used on outsiders. They are unaware that the people around us also need our giving to nourish their hearts.
There are many such examples in my clients:
The husband feels that his wife is too occupied with the children. She does not make time to listen to him or support his dream.
The wife rants about her husband having a change of heart and does not care for her, or love the family as before.
The father finds fault with the son's constant gaming, and scolds him for not being hardworking.
The son thinks the father does not care about what he likes, and always forces him to do things that he does not like.
The mother says her daughter is rude to her, while the daughter complains that her mother has too many rules.
The boss sees that his employees are not doing their best, while the employees sees their boss as a stingy man.
All these problems arise from two persons being calculative in giving, or unwilling to give. Given the principle of "Birds of the same feather flock together", you inevitably attract a person who is similar to yourself.
In the confines of our home, we do need Peach Blossom Luck, so that there will be love and harmony among our family.
Beyond our home, Peach Blossom Luck is definitely a must, for that will help us to get things done easier.
The amount of our Peach Blossom Luck is dependant on how much love you give out. The attitude you have when giving will decide the size of your good fortune.
There are plenty of opportunities for us to give, so there is no such thing as no chance to give.
Small acts of giving starts from home.
As you step out of your home door, there are even more giving opportunities surrounding you, no matter which degree of direction you turn.
It is up to you to grasp the opportunity. Like the Innisfree sales person who sees hundreds of people weekly, do your job well, and do it very well every day. That is massive giving, which will sow many seeds of favourable Peach Blossom Luck.
So there is no such thing as to why your Destiny isn't great. It was you who did not make the smart decision to do the right thing.
Try to let go of your resistance, and go embrace a more loving you, a more loving way of living. When you can bring happiness to more people, you will discover the limitless potential in your life and fall in love with yourself all over again. That will be one of the greatest love and respect and Peach Blossom Luck you can give yourself.

The Lady With Long Hair (English version below)
--------------------------
Imagine this: A lady with a beautiful crown of black and lush long hair, walking on the streets in the bright glorious sunshine. As the gleeful wind breezes through, it gently caresses those luscious locks. Momentarily, there is disarray on the road full of cars, because all the male drivers have their eyes fixated on the lady. But…in less than 30 seconds, roars break out in all directions. That long-haired lady turns out to be a guy, with an Adam’s apple for proof! Ha!
Be it long hair or a short crop, your hairstyle should not be the determinant in any relationship or romance. If it is, it just goes to show that the relationship between the man and woman is not pure love, nor is it strong in foundation. It is bound to fail. Moreover, the length of your hair has a direct impact on your fortune! That is why Master Dai Hu often advises all ladies and gentlemen not to be rash and crop your hair, as a pledge of love to your other half. The deciding factor to either keep your hair long or trim it short lies entirely in your birth chart. In truth, our birth chart holds the signs for all our life decisions. How amazing that is!
As easily as a wave of the hand, I can quote two real-life examples to broaden everyone’s knowledge. Recently, a “hot mum” contacted me. She engaged my services to conduct a Feng Shui audit of her residence, name change, and birth chart analysis for herself and her family. When I said “hot mum”, I was not referring to her clothing or physical appearance. I was talking about her character being “hot”. The relentless way she tried contacting me, the endless phone calls, it was as if she was after my life. How scary! Ha ha ha! Luckily I am Master Dai Hu. If it had been someone else in my shoes, I am afraid he would have sleepless nights and nightmares, or become paranoid. The “hot mama’s” current predicaments and sufferings comes from her feisty character, and perpetuated by her cutting her long hair short.
Another example happened in the year 2013 where this lady came to me upon the recommendation by her friend, also another client of mine. This lady was quite different from the one in the previous example. She needed to keep her hair short in order to enjoy good fortune. As predicted, when she finally heeded my advice and trimmed her unruly hair, good luck ensued, to the extent that she betrayed and even rebutted me. From this example, it is clear that there is a marked difference between keeping your hair long or short. However, for the lady in this example, I think it would be better for her to remain the long-hair girl. At least, that will keep her from flouting serious precepts.
P.S. The lady in the photo is not the character mentioned in the case studies.

CAN YOU GET PERVERTED ANIME NOSEBLEEDS? (ANIME VS REALITY)
Nosebleeds from sexual arousal...
We’ve all seen those anime scenes where a guy catches a glimpse of a girl undressing, maybe she’s in a revealing outfit, or acting seductive to the guy. She could be flat out naked. And then suddenly blood shoots out of his nose!
A very iconic scene in Japanese anime and manga. Frequently used as a metaphor for sexual arousal. The nosebleeds can range from just a trickle, to full on fountain gushing. And in some cases, it even serves as a plot device, such as in Dragon Ball with Master Roshi.
Some say, it’s meant to be a powerful way to show the immediate change a person goes though when sexual arousal is induced. Others say it’s really more about the nervousness.
Then there’s the most obvious, an imagery for blood flow to the guy’s nether regions. And taking that one step further, the explosive, projectile nature of the nosebleed is said to be like an ejaculation!
There’s also the idea that the reason for the nosebleed metaphor is because you can’t show a boner in anime. So they had to get creative. Also one doesn’t even need to be capable of a boner to have pervy nosebleeds as some female anime characters also demonstrate this bloody trait.
Ok so, is this real? Does this happen to people in real life?
Shocking as it may be, it doesn’t seem to be backed by medical science. This probably only happens in the anime and manga world, although there are a few real life examples of this happening, but surely it’s just coincidence? Otherwise all late middle schools and high schools would be like a scene from Saw!
But how did pervy nose bleeds become a thing in Japan?
It’s actually existed for a while now. Manga artist Yasuji Tanioka is believed to be the first person to have introduced this nosebleed motif with his early 1970’s manga (Yasuji no Mettameta Gaki Dou Kouza). Subsequently, other Japanese artists liked the expression and began replicating it in their own works. And, we pretty much know where it went from there.
A bit of anime history to end things there.

Natural Light Portraits
Hey, I guess the image that I have for using strobes and artificial lighting on my photographs is quite strong, and I think it’s normal, but to be honest quite often I do rely on Natural Light to shoot portraits! Yeah, I do love using flashes to shape the light the way I want it when it’s not very interesting, and I might add strobes even to some really nice natural light scene to enhance it a bit more! But I do shoot only with natural light as well sometimes! So here are some examples of my photography taken only using natural light – yeah believe it or not, no strobes used in any of these photographs! How about you guys, do you rely more on Natural light or strobes? Any comments are welcome!
