I’m back from my social media break, and while joining a 200h yoga training in Nusa Lembongan the past weeks (only 5 days left), I feel a lot has been MOVING inside me♥️ I have cried a lot, and I'll share why…😳⠀

In the past I’ve constantly & willingly stressed the crap out of myself, especially since I left my family… Looking back sometimes I think “Why the hell so serious?” I know I’ve done a lot of things just to prove it to myself that I am independent.⠀
But, WHYYYY so much stress??? ⠀
Isn’t there a limit? Apparently not. Not until now I realized again…: ⠀
A lot of things I do, because of “the fear of not being good enough”. ⠀
∙⠀
It’s paradox. Many people see me as this young, energetic, female entrepreneur. Happy, positive, active. Surfs, models, travels… But we all know, there are other sides.😶 ⠀
∙⠀
Deep beneath all of our images, no matter which background and lifestyle, we’re all the same: Humans. We are vulnerable beings, trying to make the best out of life. And what really lies beneath our superficial desires, is the wish to be SAFE, LOVED and REMEMBERED. ⠀
∙⠀
Sometimes I just want to shout out loud: “Guys, we are all in this life TOGETHER!!! WE ARE ONE!!!”⠀
Stop judging each other, try understanding one another! Stop competing and start supporting each other! ⠀
∙⠀
I believe that when we live with less EGO and more SOUL, people around us will do the same. Less hate, more love.⠀

我暫停使用IG/FB 社交媒體2.5週內，發生了很多事情。在峇里島藍夢島參加200小時的瑜伽訓練時（現在剩5天）我過得很快樂，但是也哭了很多…♥️⠀
每天練習體式和冥想時，我感受到了我內心所有的動靜😳⠀

從14 歲想離開家，17歲直接來台灣，到現在，我 一直挑戰自我，自願給壓力…有時回想起來，我很想問自己「為什麼過去我總是對自己那麼嚴格？」
我很清楚 我做的事情其中 很多都只是為了向自己證明「我可以」想當獨立，勇敢，有能力的女孩。⠀
但是！WHY？為什麼壓力總是要這麼大？沒有限制嗎？我以為沒有。但是我最近意識到： ⠀
我做這麼多，只是因為「我怕我不夠好」🙇🏻‍♀️⠀

這很矛盾。許多人認為我是這位年輕，積極，充滿活力的創業家。運動，瑜珈，衝浪，模特，旅行，哪又可能沒自信…⠀
但我們都知道，每個人還有很多我們看不到的「另一面」

在每個人形象的深處，無論背景和生活風格如何，我們還不是一樣：人。我們都有個脆弱怕被傷害的一刻心。我們都只是想過一個精彩的生活。但是真正隱藏在我們膚淺的慾望之下，就是最核心的需求：【安全，被愛，和 被記住】⠀

有時我很想大聲喊出：我們都在過同一個生活啦！我們是一個！We are one!⠀
唉... 希望我們可以停止互相的評判，而嘗試互相了解！停止競爭和仇恨，而換成支持和包容！⠀

Late to post cuz I’ve been so tired and sick - sorry!😷, as I sat and had the best lobster bisque (fancy cuz it was my first meal of 2019 and cuz I was just too sick to eat anything else 😅😵) I thought of the goals I set in 2018, looking back, I can’t believe I got it done:
- Bought my first apartment 😭❤️🙏
- became the spokesmodel for Aboli雅勃力 😭🤩 (facemasks for life whoooop 😜) 當了雅勃力代言人
- won “Next Rising Star” award at this years 音乐先锋榜颁奖典礼 Pioneer Music Charts award ceremony. 今年音樂先鋒榜盛典得了「樂壇飛躍藝人」獎
- Directed my first MV, and in total 3 MVs this year 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 初次當導演而今年導了三隻MV
- Ran my first half marathon and made my goal to finish in less than 2.5 hrs, at 2hrs and 24 mins 🤪 第一次跑半馬拉松
- Started a non profit organization in China and so far planted over 1000 trees and counting in Northwest China. 🌹🌹🌹🌳🌳🌳
- Released an Unplugged Originals EP, a Christmas EP and 1 single where two pieces got picked to be the theme song to two different dramas. 🎶🎵🎶發行兩張EP，一個單曲，兩首 「謝謝收看」當了《實習醫師格鬥》的主題曲，另一首「沒遺憾，只有愛」當了 《雙城故事》片尾曲
- Witnessed some of my closest gfs get married in SF, Thailand, BJ, Taiwan ... and was honored to be the bridesmaid to @stirandstyle! 👰🏻👰🏼👰🏽 (the pink makeup bag in the pic was one of the many bridesmaids gifts from junebug! custom made with our initials!- best gift!)
- Flew to Finland for the first time for a Sony ATV and Elements music exclusive collab writing camp where we sold over half the songs! 第一次飛芬蘭參加創作營
- and the last thing I can remember, took our first family trip of 4 generations to Bali! 4 days just wasn’t enough... 🦋🐛🌸

Got sick more times this year than my past, probably lost a couple years off my life- wish that translated to pounds 😂 - it scares me bc I already see how busy 2019 is gonna be. 2018 was just preparing me for an even greater, more challenging, more purposeful year. But hey, you gotta be a little scared to be brave and courageous right? So, my 2019 keyword is FOCUS. Rebooting this hard drive, clearing out what I don’t need anymore, reorganizing, reprioritizing. Going all in.
