我好朋友 @daniel.schreiber （健身教練）最近跟我分享了一個挑戰，而我看到他開始的時候就立馬跟他說我要加入！ #75hard - 75天的計畫～ 而我現在已經過了快一周了！感覺就像這張照片中這樣😈🤘🏽💦🔥 #激勵 #快樂 #實驗 #意志力集中 #改進中 -
我已經很期待與大家分享這個挑戰的內容，但是目前我決定首先關注於我在挑戰中得完成的所有任務，而不是過多地談論它😁 #拍謝IG 🙈 目前學習曲線仍然非常的陡峭，但等我穩定一點，我就會撥空跟大家說明挑戰的目標，設計，我的進度和心得，還有到底為什麼我選擇參加一個這樣的挑戰☝🏽 （我通常都不會做「那類的挑戰」= 也就是別人制定給大眾某些健身或飲食的規則，因為我平常都比較注重於建立長期可持續的生活習慣，而不是突然開始一個嚴格無法保持下去的新規律😬）但這個挑戰對我來說就是 #不一樣 #更深刻

I can’t wait to share more with everyone when more times has passed, but for now, I decided to focus on the work of the challenge first instead of talking about it too much. #sorryinstagram 😂😆 the learning curve is still super steep, but soon I’ll explain what it’s about, the content and goal of it, how I set it up and WHY I personally decided to take the challenge from the beginning. (I normally don’t do “those kind” of challenges, you know those where someone else sets up the rules, because I focus more on long term sustainable life habits instead of sudden strict regiments😬) but we’ll, this one is different, at least for me😉
