Did you know salt was an extremely valuable commodity before industrialization? It was even used as currency in Ancient Rome. No one’s hoarding salt today though 🤣

My latest piece, “Data is the New Salt”, installed for a client in Singapore. A bag of salt for the person who is able to correctly name who this client is haha. The piece is made of salt, sand and resin on wooden panels of 5x2.2m.
