So many things have been happening in Malaysia coupled with the pandemic. Many are left with anxiety and negative thoughts. It's not easy to always think positive but how I get through each day is through goal-setting and having tasks I complete throughout the day. That helps keep me busy(and I am truly busy), and my mind off things. Before I know it, the day has ended and I look forward to what the next day brings 😉
