Synopsis:
Joo Seng Warehouse was officially completed in 1997.
Unit #07 was owned by the Siew family who ran a business where the rich recorded their final messages and wills onto CDs. Messages of love, grief, and sometimes even revenge.
With technology advancing in the early 2000s, CD were quickly phased out. Many voices were lost in the midst of the sudden closure of the Sim's business due to a case of unsolved violent theft.
Rumour has it that lingering final words of the departed can still be heard.
