Good news is baby boy is doing well, weighs 412g and is the size of a carrot now. He passed the detailed scan with flying colours and all seems good for now. Phew. That was definitely a huge relief for me.
Bad news is the gynae says my weight is going up too fast this time round and it has never happened before. The funny thing is I haven't been overeating or snacking much so I conclude age plays a pivotal role since it's been five years since the last pregnancy where I practically ate everything I wanted. I even thought I was doing a pretty good job at exercising, not to mention taking care of the three older ones keeps me on the move. Oh well, so I gotta watch what I eat from now and make sure to work out more diligently since we still have a long stretch to go.
It's just three more days of school left before we enter the year end school holidays. We haven't planned to do much but I am so looking forward to being able to wake up a little later and have a whole day ahead of us where we can do anything and go anywhere we want (as long as we stay on the island). Yup, being spontaneous has always been our family style and it's kinda crazy yet exciting not knowing what tomorrow might bring. Are you all set for the holidays too?
