pani puri ($48)

呢個係印度常見的一種街頭小吃。
Panipuri其實係空心既油炸球，填入馬鈴薯泥、洋蔥、番茄、豆類等等，再淋上一種綠色非常酸既湯汁，最後撒上鹽和印度香料。
再另加上兩款唔同既醬汁，一款係羅望子醬，酸酸甜甜，一款係薄荷味但後勁帶點辣，味道非常有層次。

Panipuri is one of the most common street foods in Indian.
Crispy, hollow, fried dough balls stuffed with boiled potatoes, onions, beans and tomatoes, topped with salt, Indian species and a green sour dressing.

落咗上環鋪頭，又再證實我哋同事對「食字」嘅追求比起對「食嘢」嘅要求真係有過之而無不及、睇睇我哋餐牌就知。改邪歸正西多士、新嚟新豬肉、越南越愛越南粉⋯⋯ 仲有本月巨獻：「鵝gone」我哋呢個法式鵝肝多士當然係冇鵝走鵝㗎啦，所以叫「鵝～gone」bye bye 鵝肝 🤪 只係$9 一件！無論食嘢定食字都好抵食！做埋呢幾日咋。

周四 大家晚安 來分享一下抗疫的日子 飲食外賣篇

自從疫情嚴重開始 已經即時停止到餐廳用膳 也即時停了所有聚會社交 天天煮 的確會讓人煮到懷疑人生 哈哈(誇)

所以也選擇了外賣 也明白環保角度 的確用多了很多塑膠 (哭）所以我也盡量自家煮 一星期也只一次半次外賣 希望為環保盡一點力量😇

我至愛的樂樂雞 沾醬吃太美味 一跳上車消毒雙手後也忍不住立即熱呼呼大口吃 十分滋味呢

私心推介 還有我至愛熱紫薯杏仁奶飲品 是我超級至愛呢

月初試了新肉絲炒意粉 也好好味 所以再來一盒

今次試了少辣惹味的麻醬冷麵配炸豬排 麻辣風 非常惹味！！！！這個大力推介吧 還有茄汁肉丸(老公至愛）

外賣後 立刻衝回家 沖涼後舒服吃 正 哈哈

上星期入手的新肉絲 $139/ 2件新豬肉＋2件新肉絲 我也買了 新肉絲真的很方便 絕對是懶人必選 私心說 比新豬肉還要方便 不用醃 也不用用匙刮出肉 嘩哈哈 直接加入油鍋快炒🤣🤣🙈🙈🙈 我已經火速吃光2包呢～～～
