真的好久沒有去跑步，最少有五年了！但是最近買了新運動手錶⌚️，藍牙耳機🎧，加上昨天Nike寄了新Gyakusou聯名款的衣服到家，一定要去跑一跑。這幾年都在騎🚲，做🧘♂️，TRX，打🎾，🏊，還有跳barre跟有氧，沒有🏃。一開始好痛苦，真不習慣，但是看到好多人在國父紀念館一早🏃，唱歌，散步，打太極，運動，我突然有力量，開始有笑容了😊。天氣好，又聽我❤️的音樂，我跑的越來越順利，越來越快，一點都不痛了👍🏻。我覺得是一個好的開始，應該每個禮拜都要跑一兩次。今天跑得很開心😃，也祝妳們有美好的一天👍🏻🙏❤️。
It’s really been a long time since I went running, at least 5 years. I recently bought a workout watch and some new bluetooth headphones. Combine that with the new Nike Gyakusou gear I receieved yesterday and I was pumped to go for a run. All these years I’ve been going to the gym doing indoor cycling, barre, NTC, yoga, TRX, and even playing tennis and swimming outdoors but I stayed away from running. It was real tough at first cuz I just wasn’t use to it. But then I saw all these people this morning walking, running, singing, dancing, doing tai chi, all sorts of exercise and it brought a smile to my face and gave me a much needed boost. The 🎶 was pumping and the weather was great, suddenly I felt a second wind 💨 and I was off and running. I think it was a wonderful start today, something I should try to do at least once or twice a week. It felt good to get outdoors and sweat, smiling and starting the day right.
