�清楚知道你想要從媒體報導獲得什麼
�不要只將目標鎖定在特定的媒體公司,而是要精準鎖定專擅其領域的撰稿人
�將新聞資料包整理好放在官網,方便媒體人員隨時索取使用
�想要獲得國際媒體的報導,請確保官網有當地所使用的語言
�產品還沒上市?至少備有產品測試版供媒體使用

For this month's CEO Day, TSS Holly and Jen shared some insights about PR as well as what kind of PR and media support TSS can provide its Starting Lineup members!
Here are a few takeaways from the event:
�What exactly is PR?
�PR generates sales, but it's not just a marketing tactic. Instead, it's a long term strategy that every company should focus on.
�You need to start building relationship with PR contacts, such as reporters and journalists, long before you need coverage.
�Utilize the relationships carefully.
�Always keep in touch with media contacts. Don't go to them only when you need them.
�When do you need PR?
�When you're NEWSWORTHY�
For example, when you launch your product/ service, when you partner with some big company or hit the big number, and when your company has some special characteristics, such as a female, foreign, or young founder, etc.
�How can you get prepared for PR?
�Be clear on your objectives: What do you expect to get from the coverage?
�Compile your top target: Not just what media company, but which reporter?
� Prepare a Press kit on your website ready to go with many images for the media to use
�If you want to get international coverage, make sure your website is in their language.
�If you haven’t launched yet, at least have a demo or test version.
�REMEMBER: PLAN FOR IT! WORK FOR IT! AND DESERVE IT!
