I thoroughly enjoyed the Mother’s Day special lunch at Forest at Equarius Hotel last weekend. Helmed by Singapore’s very own celebrity chef, Sam Leong, the sumptuous 6-course Mother’s Day set comprises delicious, nourishing creations such as Lobster Barley Porridge; Steamed ‘Soon Hock’ Fish in Clear Chicken Stock Reduction; and Double-boiled Bird’s Nest with Korean Ginseng and Gingko Nut Served in Whole Coconut. I also received a M∙A∙C Cosmetics Express Makeover Voucher worth S$50 and a cake at the end of the meal. Oh, and the service was impeccable too.
