This #handstand #ticktock is something I have been working quite consistently for more than a year now. It’s something that I have been dreaming of since I started practicing handstand 7 years ago, but never really got it.

But recently, my effort (and falling down) started to pay off, especially after going to @joakimolinyoga ‘s #dhamayoga master class at @fivelementshabitats more regular - where he would put me in human 🥨 shapes and has been offering selflessly his tricks to tick tick.

After months and months of falling and slipping, my tick tock started to take shape. And @joakimolinyoga would challenge (and encourage me) to do more in a row, offering the practice to his #guru @dharmayoganyc .

I’m no #dhamayoga student or teacher. All paths will lead to the same goal when done mindfully, consciously and with love. So I guess before we get there, we are all kinda an elephant before we can be #dumbo
