BCG董事總經理暨全球合夥人陳美融(Mei Jung)擁有電機工程背景，在加入顧問業前，是德州儀器的研發工程師。她一直在協助企業進行端到端的數位轉型，也專長於消費者體驗旅程再造，協助組織將創新能力內化至跨職能單位。
在CAREhER國際婦女節論壇上，BCG很榮幸和各領域發光的領導者及經理人齊聚一堂。美融在疫情時代的領導力座談上分享了組織不斷學習的關鍵：

她也提到，女性領導展現了不同面貌的自信：「以傾聽及共創取代說服的影響力、用關懷同理心取代威權的領導力。這也是我努力的目標。」

She also points out the strengths of female leadership - "Women leaders show confidence in different ways. They influence by listening, and lead with care and empathy. This is also what I am striving to achieve."
