Rachael calls this my "loving eyes" face 😍 It's so funny how some people are just 'foodies' and find so much enjoyment and excitement from trying new cafes and cuisines on their travels. I am DEFINITELY one of those people 🙋🏼 with a bottomless pit for a stomach. I think it's really important for us foodies to not feel guilty about being so passionate about food. From a young age I've loved trying crazy dishes and trying to guess the ingredients. While some people don't understand the joy I get from cafe hopping and trying new meals, I always allow myself to leave 100% of my guilt at the door and give myself the chance to truly lap up this experience!! Oh and... lucky my bff @cher_lynn is a foodie too 👭
So some of you may know I'm doing the #F45Challenge which involves following a meal plan for 8 weeks, I've always been an intuitive eater so this is new to me. Surprisingly I haven't felt hungry at all and training normally (still managed to do my usual 30kg sandbag hipthrusts and 10kg dumbbells renegade row in class today). I honestly thought I'd struggle with the small food portions so again, but I actually feel full.
