疫情發生後，各國lockdown，卻讓大自然得以喘息，野生動物們多了可以自由來去的天地....讓我不禁想著人類真的才是一切的禍端....我們到底對地球做了什麼？
生活中還有什麼可以改變的嗎？一直觀望了很久終於決定改用布衛生棉吧！每個月都要經歷一次的經期，每次都要用掉好多衛生棉，同時也製造了許多垃圾....雖然市面上也有月亮杯的存在，但我想了很久心裡頭還是蠻有障礙的，所以最後才決定改用布衛生棉吧！
因為擔心不適應，也沒經驗不知如何選擇？ 一開始先在 Amazon-UK 買了一組給布棉新手的組合包，有3種不同尺寸各3組(搜尋關鍵字 #CSP )。不是特別漂亮，外層是防水布，內層就是吸水的布面，比一般的衛生棉來得有厚度。第一次使用時，其實蠻擔心會漏出來，不過不但沒有側漏，反而不會像一般的衛生棉常常會有悶悶癢癢的不適感，而且因為不悶也不會有異味產生。
有過體驗後，開始尋找更喜歡的花色，畢竟一次經期其實要換很多次，原本的體驗包其實是不夠的，還可以讓每次使用時的心情更好！最後我在 Etsy 上面找到了喜歡的花色，做工也很細緻，賣家還可以客製化想要的尺寸。另外還加買了一個防水外出袋，不過目前為止，因為都關在家裡還沒有出門使用過，所以還不確定在外面的使用經驗如何？但在家裡的話，真的蠻推薦的喔！
除了用起來比較有厚度，剛開始會有點不習慣外（但其實也沒有不舒服感），一開始我其實最擔心的是清潔的問題。看了很多都說要泡水一夜之類，但家裡沒有什麼多餘空間可以把一堆用過的布棉堆著泡水。結果我本來以為會很難洗的，卻非常簡單喔！換下來的布棉，我會先沾濕，再在血跡上灑一點小蘇打粉，然後包起來靜置幾小時後，再用清水揉一揉，其實血跡蠻容易洗掉的耶！然後我會再跟著其他衣物一起放進洗衣機裡洗乾淨。
其實一開始要換布棉時，Mr.D覺得我很奇怪幹嘛不用傳統的隨手丟了就好，這麼麻煩？但已經用了3個月了，覺得比傳統的衛生棉來得舒適，而且也不用再製造更多的垃圾！想著多少為地球盡了一點小小的力，覺得很開心喔！🥰家裡還有著一些傳統衛生棉，就留著之後外出時用掉吧！然後我應該就不用再花錢買衛生棉了喔！❤️
