ĂN CHAY & AKALINE CỦA DR SEBI CHỮA BỆNH NAN Y & GIẢM BÉO PHÌ‼️‼️

🍃Ăn chay thường có rất nhiều kiểu như chay thuần (vegan) ăn và có lối sống không ảnh hưởng đến động vật; chay (vegetarian) có thể ăn thêm trứng, sữa; bán chay (semi-vegetarian) có thể ăn thêm cả thịt trắng; pescatarian có thể ăn thêm cá.
Với cách ăn chay, đa phần các món ăn đều là thực vật nên lượng calories cực kì thấp dẫn tới việc giữ dáng và giảm cân được hiệu quả. Hơn nữa chế biến cũng ít cầu kì nên món ăn thường không bị tăng calories thêm bởi việc chiên xào, nêm nếm quá nhiều gia vị.

💧AKALINE lại là một cách ăn khác cũng không ăn các thực phẩm từ động vật nhưng lại ở một mức độ khác. Cách ăn này của bác sĩ người Ấn Độ - Dr Sebi nghiên cứu và phát triển. Ông chia thực phẩm là 6 loại: sống (live), thô (raw), chết (dead),lai (hybrid), biến đổi gen (genetical modified), thuốc theo nghĩa độc (drugs). Theo ông, các thực phẩm sống và thô là "thực phẩm trữ điện" có thể giết chết được các căn bênh ác tính. Trong bảng thực phẩm của ông có đề cập tới việc không được ăn các loại trái cây có hạt, các loại rau củ nhiều tinh bột, ưu tiên rau xanh và các loại hạt, không chiên xào dầu dừa và oliu ở nhiệt độ cao v..v..
