7月係 California Wines Hong Kong加州美酒節，有好多加州葡萄酒試酒會可以不停試美酒！參加咗 東方明珠酒業香港有限公司 Oriental Pearl HK Ltd.試酒會，除咗試咗Napa Valley 嘅精品葡萄酒莊 Titus Vineyards ，仲有來自Paso Robles區嘅 Denner Vineyards酒莊，主打Rhône 風格葡萄酒，有驚喜！我喜歡Denner Dirt Worshipper 2014年紅酒，主要以Syrah葡萄釀造，優雅而帶紫花、黑胡椒、黑莓、黑布冧、烤烘及礦物等味道。仲有即切48月黑毛豬火腿送酒，wonderful! It’s California Wine Month in July in HK & there r many wine tasting events! I joined the Oriental Pearl’s California wine tasting. Apart from the boutique winery Titus Vineyards, I also tried an interesting winery Denner Vineyards from Paso Robles & their Rhône style wines are interesting! I like Denner Dirt Worshipper 2014. It’s a Syrah based wine, elegant & with floral, black pepper, blackberries, black plum, toasty & mineral noted.We also had 48-month hand sliced Ibérico ham as snacks! Wonderful! Cheers! 🍷🥂
