I wanted a new water filter and was looking around for the best deal. Truth be told, we took some time choosing one because there are so many good brands out there but I wanted to find a brand that would assure me good after sales service because THAT'S more important.

I love my old filter, but after my agent left the company, his replacement was always hard to get in touch with and he kept hard selling me to upgrade my machine, rather than just changing my filters. 😒

Eventually, I stopped calling him and one day, my filter stopped functioning.

I found out about this young and enthusiastic husband and wife team, Fadzli Rosli Resources (FRR Group) through good reviews - so we decided to hook up.

I love how warm and honest they were when we first met up. We discussed my main concern (after sales service) and they assured me that they would take care of it. Because they are Cuckoo users themselves, I was sold by their air of confidence in the brand and their reassurance to servicing my unit personally.

Thank you Fadzli and Myra for efficiently arranging the setup of our new water dispenser at such short notice. My children are now drinking water more regularly.

Tak payah paksa minum air dah.
