David Prowse (เดวิด พราวส์) เป็นที่รู้จักจากการรับบท Darth Vader ในภาพยนตร์ Star Wars ไตรภาคต้นฉบับ โดย เดวิด พราวส์ ได้มารับบท Darth Vader ในภาพยนตร์ Star Wars เมื่อปี 1977 เนื่องจากมีสรีระร่างกายที่สวยงาม ซึ่งตัวของเขาเองนั้นเดิมที เป็นที่รู้จักจากการเข้าแข่งขันเพาะกายใน Commonwealth Games ประเทศอังกฤษ เมื่อช่วงต้นยุค ’60 จึงไม่ต้องสงสัยเลยว่าทำไมเขาถึงมีร่างกายสวยงามนั่นเอง

A Wonder Bowl was born with the intention of bringing interesting food targeted at Millennials. The stall is started by a few professional chefs who strive to create unique dishes that are not commonly found elsewhere.
For $5.50 a bowl, the Lu Rou Fan comes with a huge piece of braised meat, some braised minced pork, salted vegetables and a hardboiled egg. It is supposed to be eaten like a Korean Bibimbap, where you mix all the ingredients together. I really liked how the flavours came together! I think the star has got to be the piece of braised meat which was sous-vide for 24 hours, thus so tender and flavourful.
We were so impressed by the Chicken Broth-Crab Meat Spring Onion Egg Rice Bowl. Having a very traditional Teochew flavour, the Chicken Broth is made from scratch together with crab meat and tee po (Sun Dried Flatfish Bones). The broth was very fragrant and light, and the tee po gave it a very unique flavour. It really reminded me of some good home-cooked food! The meat was a mixture of crab meat and minced pork, and its texture was like tofu.

晚餐桌上聊起澳洲國徽上的動物，每個國家的國旗有不同的寓意，有的是提醒國民勿忘歷史，瞻前，也要顧後，好比我們的青天白日滿地紅；有的表現出歷史、現實和地域，例如澳洲的Union Jack, Commonwealth Star and Southern Cross。
而國徽，帶著更強烈的國家意念和冀盼。
澳洲國徽, coat of arms, 每個圖案和顏色都有不同的寓意，而上頭的兩隻動物，分別是袋鼠和鴯鶓（ㄦˊ ㄇㄧㄠˊ，又稱澳洲鴕鳥）。
不只是因為這兩款是澳洲限定版動物，（無尾熊也是，他就沒選秀上國徽）而是因為這兩種動物都因為體型和身體結構的關係，＃無法向後走。
取其寓意，期許國家與人民往前走，不要陷溺在過去之中。Move forward, don't leave in the past.
過去造就了現在，也只有現在能夠完成未來。過去值得緬懷，卻不值得耽溺，更不值得怨結在心。
當一個人埋怨這過去哪個人事物對他不公平時，對他最不公平的，是他自己。是他把可以改變現在、創造未來的時間和能量，拿去怨懟、憤恨和不斷地與他人比較，然後再怨懟、再憤恨、再不甘..... 如此不斷循環，直到浪擲了眼前的機會，虛度了原本可以向前走的光陰。
